Do you still need the linen tape if you do not have a "mat board"? I am just using the mounting board ,my painting, and the acrylic front glass.

People.....the hanging hardware MUST be added before you add the last side of the frame!
Your printed instructions on this are just as defective as your passing comment in this video.

This comment is right. You have to slide the hanging hardware into the frame rails before you add the last side.
