It's quite complicated ,while implementing these kinds steel structure..in sedimentary terrain areas,bcz..they were saying that,structures weight about 3 tonnes.!in such terrain ,stability of ground will be weak..!in Bangalore ,karnataka is high grade metamorphosed granulate terrain ,ground surface will be more stable..!
Before construction ,kindly consult A geologist..to known about the surface stability! I will save people's from construction collapse!

Yes good point. As the steel structure is more heavy the foundation must be build to hold it . So this is only suitable for building which needs to be build quicker. Also there is no cost saving in using this.

How the brick wall can hold in steel
Not recommended for houses. We not gonna demolish it. Only for halls or buildings it's ok.
There are many houses sold at the land value in coimbatore. Houses after 30 years will be sold at free. If we had these iron beams it will be totally a different story. I have a corner plot and i dont want to build rc and lose my money. I am going for this type of steel building and concrete bricks. If i want to sell the plot, i wont be losing a single paisa. Steel prices will go up.

It is a old method . Iron gerders were used to put beams in halls . Also in down south bark of palm trees are used to stregthen . Not corrisive resistent in humid climates and areas

How they reuse the beams and column steel frames to another site when the concrete is poured on top of these steel frames, if they break the concrete means then the frames will bend, so this type of bolting is unnecessary and they are telling only to market their products but practically not possible...!

The decking sheet can be cut along with concrete. The frame can be removed by removing the bolt.
