This game was played by me alot as a kid i dunno why i just loved it 😂 ps I never crashed as much as this as a skid think that's skill based 😅

I wonder if lossless scaling works on emulators, then he wouldnt need a 60 fps patch, while still playing at 60 or even above, to retain the acceptable handling and not break the cutscenes

it does work, I played midnight club LA with it on xenia, and it was so smooth, it adds a quite a bit of input lag though, I still recommend it.

Wiki does say that it has a PC version, but I'm guessing that it's one of those porta that is just worse than console.
But maybe that could be fixed up by someone that knew how to.
