It's crazy that shredz would go completely downhill and so fast, perfect example on how fast you can be on top and next thing you know you're at the bottom again . Some People forgot how big this company was at one point. They were Juggernauts of the industry. I even bought a lame tank top from them in high school.I was that sold but respect to him and his hustle. No dummy can do what he accomplished
I religiously follow Arvin for about 2 years on Instagram, it was so inspiring to me, and I miss so much his posts, I miss following his journey, I really do. And about the series, maaaaan you GA is the man, I follow you too and your posts and series are so inspiring to me, that basically now it's pretty much what gives me strength to continue. A lot of respect for him and the company. Seen results from countless people in numerous gyms. Leaders create leaders season 2 was insane and I cant wait for season 3! Before people comment on this I would really just look into the facts. Thats all I will say, but that is some solid acting. Real "Leaders" have a lot more passion in their speeches, and this is not someone who is constantly talking to people about improving themselves. He knew exactly what his athletes were doing.
So many moments in this interview gave me goosebumps. Arvin's work ethic is incredibly admirable. Fantastic video.

I have been waiting for this episode for a long time... it did not disappoint. Absolutely loved this entire season, and this is was a massive upgrade from season, 1. This was an extremely powerful episode and I loved his message. I think what would be cool for season 3 is if you could get ahold of an athlete-entrepreneur. Someone who played a professional sport and is now taking on the business world. There are a ton who have overcome many struggles and are now working on something special.

I hope you realize that he's still lying and the real reason why Shredz is called a scam is not because solely of photoshop, that is only partially it, it's that it's based on bogus science that is mixed truth and lies to sell hopes and dreams. Morally and legally that is wrong and he damn well knows it.
Educated me more about Shredz? So it's their products you're saying that's fake?
You are going to need to elaborate what you mean by fake.
I'm going to assume that you mean "are their products legitimate? Do they work as they say?"
The answers to that is no. It's based on pseudoscience which means they take something that is not proven in any case studies or cherry pick a particular effect they saw in one, have the marketing team twist what it actually says in the science, and what you get is a crappy product. There are only a handful of things that legitimately work fyi.
Also to understand the "scandal" as he puts it. The scientific based community of the fitness community first saw all of the photoshop and called that out (which is what he thinks is the scandal and blantantly ignoring what I going to say next) then we looked into the products to see if lying about attaining their physiques success with bullshit products was worth it and it turns out the ingredients for how they worded it immediately raised red flags everywhere.

Arvin talks a good game and his family story is truly inspiring. But all the things he says Shredz is not about (instant money, flashy materialistic things to brag about on Insta) is exactly what ruined Shredz. The guy who started the downfall- Devin physique was exposed for scamming people for some easy money to enable bragging with latest cars, watches and shoes on Insta. Also look at the thumbnail for this video ffs. I have to say that the whole Instagram influencer marketing that basically started with shredz is so very often decieving and allows all kinds of shit and harmful products way too much exposure- fit teas, wraps, cellulite creams, waist trainers... hopefully after the first batch of naive people get burned the world will spread just as quickly and the scammers will get hosed the fuck out. It was more than just "an athlete photo shopping an image", it was a couple of athletes who made millions of dollars photo shopping images and getting assistants to pose as them to sell bullshit cookie cutter diets and workout programs as personalised products, while the customers thought they were in contact with the athletes themselves, which by definition is a scam. I'm shocked at how much he played it down.
With all of that, I respect his hustle, drive and motivation, and understand that the scandal was due to misbehaving employees, not Arvin himself.
For what you're getting though the brand is way overpriced, which is why I don't touch their products, but at the end of the day it's a business, and there's plenty of products like that in all industries. It's up to us as consumers to do the research and buy the products best suited to us.
