I agree with everything you said. My anxiety significantly decreased when I started trying to live a healthy/balanced life. In addition to eating well, exercise, and meditation I would also like to include good sleep hygiene. With good sleep your emotions are more regulated which can prevent us from doing impulsive decisions that can come back to bite us.
The first episode was really interesting about anxiety and how to deal with it. Meditation and Breathing exercises are really great tools on the long term. Maybe i start try journaling. Thanks for your advices 😊😊
thank you for starting out a podcast. and thank you for the choice of the topic too! Talking about something rather deep or realistic into our daily lives or ourselves is such a good thing. I'll be listening the new coming episodes too. thanks
Thank you for the podcast, it was super interesting!❤ However, I agree that the optional YT subtitles would be more beneficial for learners, who want to try to avoid English translation as much as possible, or who want to try listeing with no subs at all. Maybe you could make a poll for us to vote on the best subtitle option? ❤
im so happy you started a podcast! i appreciate your short videos a lot and its nice to hear you talking for a longer time :) some other people have commented this already but it would be really nice to have the english subtitles optional if that is possible for you thanks for an amazing first episode!
This was a great first episode, but as a Japanese learner; please please please don’t put your subtitles in the video but instead use UA-cam’s subtitles instead. This way, your viewers can make flashcards from your videos. Thank you
I think Japanese subtitles in the video and optional English subtitles on UA-cam is the best way. Preferably with the Japanese subtitles at the top for people who want to see both simultaneously!
I think it's fine. Learn not to look at the subtitles. I just listen and don't even look at the screen until I need to. Having the kanji right there as well is helpful.

I agree, but only because I don't want to see the English subtitles! Just the Japanese ones.
@@dylancope using English subtitles is only going to be a detriment to your studies. If you’re immersing in Japanese, you need everything in Japanese.
Your voice is so relaxing :)
Thanks!haha
your cat is so fluffy
I knowww
