I have a cat who “hides” with much of her body visible as well. She hides her eyes and seems to think that if she can’t see us we can’t see her. She seems to feel very clever when she does so.

I had a cat like big head.
After 15 years of life he's dead.
Had him since he was 6 months old.
Never knowing what I was told.
That a male cat nuts would be so bold.
He would run off for days.
And I would think he ran away.
When he came back he wasn't ok.
So off to the vet we went one day.
And back he came with his trouble making days
taken away.
All he would do after that was play.
Now I sit and think of him all day.
Had him for 15 years.
And now I wake up in tears.
Miss you "Squirty" thank you for making me happy, how I wish you were still here. ❤

I’m so glad you rescued The Big Head & got him neutered! I’m sure all the female cats appreciate it too! He seems very happy and content...and he’s a big bruiser of a boy! He has “size denial” - he thinks he’s hidden himself in the tall grass, but of course he’s too big to be hidden: size denial 🤣! I love ❤️ him & all your other kitties🐈⬛🐾🐈🐾💕🥰❤️And ❤️ to Walter🐶🐾🥰❤️!

Charlotte Tse I wish everyone took in animals, as he does. I do, And if we all took in & adopted several animals and spayed and neutered them they would all be safe but according to statistics that’s what it would take so it’s a huge problem! I understand that everyone can’t do animal rescue. I just wish we could bring them all inside, stop the mating, and end the suffering of homeless animals.
Noone Important sure, but if they didn’t mate they couldn’t make babies (or kittens), then they would go extinct very fast.
You are so wonderful to give these cats such a nice life. Big Head sure is much more mellow and sweet after the big snip! LOL! He's turned into a playful teddy bear.

To those who would love to help feral and stray cats but don't have the space for them: You could check with your local Humane Society or other animal welfare organization and offer to set up a 'feeding station' in your neighborhood, or contact your state's Feral Cat Coalition (US only, as far as I know) and ask them what you can do. There are always options, and every little bit helps.

I'm glad he found you all before he got in that one last losing battle and might not have survived it. I lost a beautiful ginger colored Manx boy that way once and have always had all females and males fixed since that sad day. Big Head is living his best life now!

It is true neutered cats live longer: not running around madly getting hit by cars, getting into fights and getting horrible infections, death from complications of birthing outside. Also saves so much kitten misery from starvation / infections, the list goes on and on. THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND AND WISE.

When I first heard you call him "Big Head" I associated it with a mature fully intact male cat. Sorry, he does NOT have the LARGE sacks on the side of his head older intact males have. I met my first adult, fully intact 10 year old Tom Cat,, who I named Buddy.. He has running the property I moved into, complete with a 4 year old Mom and four kittens, and many other young males. No kidding this Cat was in charge. I moved in, did not know anything about a cat colony on the property, and what a treat! This Tom cat was HUGE. I had never seen a real Tom before. The bulges on the side of his beautiful face were huge, I thought he had tumors! I trapped him and took him to my vet. I learned that male cats grow these hormone induced cheeks to protect their throats and necks during fights. They are normal. Sorry, your Big Head was neutered before he was a King Tom Cat. I had one live on my porch for 3 years. I loved him, fed him, watched him love his kittens. He was old. He died, loved, comfortable and with dignity. Cats are wonderful. How can people just abandon them? That God for YOU! love your channel... and all your wonderful cat lovers! 💖
