- Many install videos out there, but I couldn't find one on the 2021 Kioti ck3510 so I decided to make one.
Your Kioti tractor will require the rear remote kit to use this.
Tools required: (2) 7/8" open wrenches, 12mm socket, 5/16" allen wrench, angle grinder with flap wheel.
Hydraulic Cylinder:
Tractor Supply: AMA USA Category 1 Hydraulic Top Link, 18-1/8 - 26-3/8 in., 6003

I ordered this top link from Tractor Supply. It arrived in less than a week. I followed the instructions and the dang thing worked perfectly the first time. That never happens for me. I believe it was a Festivus Miracle!!!
Glad to hear!
Excellent “How-to” video. Recently purchased CK 3510 with rear hydraulics. I’m confident that now, even I can fit a hydraulic top link to my machine. Thanks!
Glad I could help. You won't regret it!
Have a 6 month old CK3520 and just ordered a new box blade. Also have Pat's instead of the quick hitch so got SPH320033 Hydraulic Top Link Cat. 1-1 with Locking Block 20 7/8” - 31 7/8” which is a couple of inches longer with 11 inches of travel. Amazon had it for $204 with the hydraulic hoses. I think the Pat's adds about 3 inches, and this saves me from getting a new manual top link.
Really like your channel, and am now a subscriber. Thank you for posting, and have to love these Kioti tractors.
I have the same tractor and I was wondering how a hydraulic top link would work on it. Thanks for doing the video 👍🚜.
Great video. Thanks for sharing this. I have a 2017 ck3510 and have ordered the exact same hydraulic top link. Thanks for the little tips that will save me time (rotating the block and hose angle).
Just ordered my hydraulic toplink and gonna put it on tomorrow!!!! Cant wait.
Glad to hear!
Great video. Thanks for all the effort that went into making it.
Good stuff, exactly what I needed to see for my CK 2610
Great video - thanks for taking the time and effort to make it!
I have a DK5310SE. I went back and forth about which cylinder to get, and I ended up ordering the 6004 based on a review I read about it on the Tractor Supply web site. The reviewer also has a DK10SE series tractor and says it worked properly. Hopefully there is some geometry difference between the DK and the CK series tractors - after seeing your video, it looks like the 6004 would be too long and you would lose a fair amount of forward rotation with it.
I'll post an update after I size it up on my tractor so everyone can see which size works better on a DK10SE series machine.
I ended up going with the 6003 (18 1/8 inch) top link. It is a closer match (to within about 1/4") of my existing turnbuckle-style top link. It worked out great with both my rotary cutter and my box blade, giving me plenty of throw in both directions. Note also that the unit did not require any grinding to fit on my DK5310SE. There is plenty or room on the tractor end for the top link to fit in the bracket (maybe a little too much; but that's how the original top link fit also).
@@theElderberryFarmer Hey Dwight, recent owner of the same DK5310SE. I too want to install a hydraulic top link and want to be sure that I am getting the correct model cylinder as well as quick connector. Can you please help and provide me with what you ordered for yours?
@@DH-ik1vf Sure - I ended up with the 6003 top link and the 67852 hose set from Tractor Supply. They worked out perfectly, with no grinding of any kind needed.
@@theElderberryFarmer Thanks so much. I have been searching for the past 30 minutes on Tractor Supply but can't seem to locate the 6003 cylinder. Would you happen to have a link for it and the hose set? Or maybe the TS item numbers from your order?
Tractor supply no longer carries the 6003 cylinder. I think that I found it on Amazon here. Btw, it comes with the hose set.

Should have it by 8/17 and I'll provide an update then.
Perfect video. I will be putting one of these on the CK 2610. Now I know what to look for and which hydraulic set to use . Thanks for your video , I needed to see that
Thank you for the kind words
Great video. I plan on getting a CK 3520se hst at some point and find your videos will be of a big help to me ! Thanks
A HST is ok for light work like simply mowing grass or lots of back and forth in a yard. Go with a shuttle shift if you need to do real power work. We learned the hard way.
Thank you sir; was trying to figure out how to keep a 3 pt attachment leveled (a pallet fork) and your video answered it all. Will definitely put on the DK4210SE I am buying soon.
Thanks for taking the time to make and upload this video. I have the same tractor and have been trying to decide which top link to buy. This was helpful
Thanks for the video and the part number I've just got the 2610 this year and was going to have someone put it on for me but not now thanks to you , thanks from Charleston sc
Glad I could help out
I keep both sizes because I put my Bucket on the rear when I use my front snowblower and that way I can dump the bucket with the longer top link.
I kept the original link hook on mine, just swung it left, and use it to hang the new cylinder by the hoses.
Great video! I have the same tractor and just received the hydraulic top link and hoses.
This hydraulic top link should be standard on the SE model!
I agree!
Great video and step by step detail
Agristore USA has them in stock.
Nice job 👏 👍 🏆👴😋🐕🚜🤠😎
Thanks 👍
Good video.....I have the same machine, looks like a welcome addition
Nice! Now I wish someone hade a hydraulic side link for the CK
Guess need to look harder then……there is a thing called google…..

very helpful! Thanks!
Do be aware to not always believe your Local TSC "expert" for hoses. My local stores guy tried to give me a standard tapered thread to go into the cylinder. He said, "That'll work." Ah, no thanks. Mine, like yours was British standard, straight thread into the cylinder assembly. It you use tapered fittings into a British standard you will probably have leaks and screw the threads up. If you can't get the correct hoses at TSC via a kit, go to a hydraulic fitting/hose supplier.
great job!!!
Do you have to add the valves to control this and do they come with the kit? Nobody ever shows the control valves install, just the cylinder...
I have the ck3510se. It comes with the 2 remotes to control hydraulics in the back
Thank for the video. I have been thinking od adding one just not sure if I really want to tie up the hyd. Do you have 3rd function installed?
I have the 3rd function that was dealer installed.
that's awesome....
Great mod, I'd like to do the same to mine.
As soon as you do, you'll wonder why you haven't done it sooner.
Thank you for making this install video. this helps me tremendously in finding the right size unit for my new TYM T574 cab model. Do you really think this size unit will have a problem with the Pat's Cat 1 ? I have one from my old tractor that I saved for this new one.
Best thing you can do is test out the Pat's system with your stock top link and get the max and min lengths for the angles you want, and order accordingly.
@@meadsoutdooradventures That's exactly what I was thinking. It's been one delay after another but they finally got my third valve in yesterday and installed it late yesterday so I'm picking it up today and can't wait to do all the mods that I never got to do to my last tractor. Thanks for the good advice and keep making these good videos.
Enjoyyed your videa, I have a DK4210 with a 3rd function for my grapple up front and have one that was stock on the back, what controls the top link, I never see what handle people use to operate the HTL ? Any advice ?
I think it should be a small lever to the right of the seat towards the back of the fender like on my ck.

In hindsight would you have gone with a shorter top link?
I like the one I have. It hasn't let me down yet.
Great video! I'm looking to do this for my tractor. I feel the hoses may be too long. Do they sell a shorter set or do you know the sizes of the fittings to get customs ones done? Thanks
It seemed like the lines were too long, but the top link has a great deal of movement up and down, so I wouldn't want the hoses shorter. It will just take some tweeking til you get it to work
Great video and after watching this I too went out and purchases the kit from Tractor Supply. I do have a very light drip of hydraulic fluid from the top connect to the tractor. I made sure the connection was fully seated. You have any minor leaks?
I haven't noticed one. Possibly a defective part, or dirty. Did you swap the hoses to see if the leak follows the hose?
Both of my hoses leak. Worse when actuating the link to move it fore or aft. Then after turning off it continues to leak. I have no idea why. I have two different hydraulic top links (different sizes) and both leak. Any ideas?

Need one of these for my Bobcat 2540. If you ever do a tilt or side link please advise
Will do. Thank you for watching!
does it extend further than the standard top link?
Thank you for the great video. I've got the same tractor, so question around the 6003 or 6004, seems like you have quite a bit of articulation with the 6003, especially tilting it up. I think with the 6004 you would loose quite a bit of that tilt up capability correct?
In my opinion, I would get the 6004 if you have or plan to get the Pat's easy change system. Otherwise, the 6003 works great.
@@meadsoutdooradventures Thanks for the quick reply. I'll most likely get a quick hitch if I get anything, so I think the 6003 would work best. Thank you again!
My ck2610 is on order. I ordered it with the back hoe. What crontrol in the cab are you using to control that?
Your tractor should come with 2 sets of rear remotes. I use the blue set for the top link. The grey set is used for the backhoe.
Are those the 3 foot hoses? They look a little long, I’m thinking about having a couple 2 foot hoses special made for my top link when it come in.
3' hoses. Once you find the sweet spot routing them, they don't seem too long. Good to have extra for flexing.
Got the same setup on my CK4010 only thing when the hydraulic top link pushes out, the motion is not smooth but rather “bumpy” the push back in is smooth. Any thoughts ?
The "box" on the cylinder the hoses attach to is a check valve. Due to the weight of the implement, it is trying to race the fluid. I just lower the cylinder slowly to minimize it.
Got the same one as you, installed this weekend. Mine is very “jerky” when extending it outward. Smooth retracting, but can’t get it to extend smoothly. Is yours like that?
Yes. The problem is the weight of the attachment wants to pull it down, and the check valves are trying to stop it, causing the jerkyness. I just extend it slowly to avoid it.
what lever or button causes the top link to work???
I found a video that shows the 2 remote levers. The Grey one has a detent for a backhoe, log splitter, etc and the blue springs back for the top link. ua-cam.com/video/UxjddyfQwX0/v-deo.html
Are the hoses ball type or valve type?
Valve type
@@meadsoutdooradventures Thank you very much...
Is it an install, or an attachment?
