- Join me as I explore the innovative features of the Torso S-4, a remarkable yet imperfect machine. In this video, I highlight my favorite features, including the mod spread, which reminds me of the binaural mode in the Super 6.
However, there are some ongoing issues: the sampler feels 'robotic,' the effects are glitchy in poly mode, and there are annoying clicks and pops from the USB audio input.
I really hope to see these issues resolved soon, as I believe the Torso S-4 could be a truly awesome machine.

cool, did you fix the cracks / pops when using usb audio? also why would you not just use the audio input on the s4 instead of the usb?
I have just installed the new firmware and it seems to be working great so far!
these pops and clicks are a bug aren't they. in this state this machine is premium trash. nobody adressed them so far. Most youtubers are yes men. Thanks

I think S-4 was available pre-order and only just became “sold out”. And the UA-cam was probably recorded days (if not weeks) before being edited in post and uploaded to UA-cam. And it looks like it was posted while S-4 was available. So… a bit of a timing race condition for the viewer and S-4 availability (outside the control of the UA-camr). And Torso will no doubt do another manufacturing run of the S-4, so patience may be the best policy (unfortunately) or buy on the resale market.
