Good safejump, I wasn't aware of this. I don't find much stock in delay jMP, Divekick when jHP leaves you + enough to use crHP then still be plus for a LP. On hit the jMP, Divekick into combo does 100 more damage, so that's a positive.
It's also better do L Arrow for the safejump as M Arrow is +41, which means you lose to a 5f DP. L Arrow leaves you +42 which beats 5f DP.

Yes its safe but i have no time to confirm into the dive kick if it hits, being as if i do it on time i get hit by the reversal due to doing the dive kick input i would get it because i cant block fast enough after doing dive kick as im already landed
You need to do the mp early when landing and if you time your dive kick late you will be safe from dps and get the dive on time
just make sure if it is Ken that you do j.HP/HK not cr.HP first. Should always start with jump on DPs that give you enough time.

it never happend to me before but you will get hit by the impact.
