A COUPLE OF TAKEAWAYS FROM THIS INTERVIEW: Caresha got Summer Walker to come on the podcast… that speaks volumes on the fact she knew she was going to be in a comfortable place enough to do the interview. 2 She asked all the questions… even the ones that Made summer uncomfortable without being rude or pressing. She just stood her ground and got the question across and got the answer. 3 Caresha relates to her guests … she gives as much as she takes … without making the interview about her… but she creates a healthy balance of trust with her guests… 4 only thing I would say is she needs to ask the questions with more authority. Loved thus interview. R&B is certainly not dead. You can't kill soul music. It comes in all genres. Don't worry about awards, radio play, or other traps. Good music is good music, so let's keep it alive.
But R&B isn't what it used to be. In the 90s (and in 70s soul and 80s slow jams), we got that love making music everywhere. Now where is it? The male R&B singers act like thugs and aren't romantic. The female R&B singers songs are all about these n's ain't shit. Rappers are damn near singing and blurring the lines. It's just not that same. *sigh*
This episode was so therapeutic just the icing on the cake for her ep. Love seeing her happy and excited about this new chapter of life! Wish her and those babies nothing but the best!🫶🏾
What summer was trynna say is even when i’m being quiet and in my shell that’s still me. People tend to think when you quiet you not being yourself but that’s still me . Sometimes we loud and outgoing sometimes we shy and introverted but regardless i’m still me during both . Loved this interview tho wonder who mrs oprah gon have next
I love them both! I relate to Summer the most. As a highly spiritual being, balancing multiple different beings at once is overwhelming & exhausting. I couldn’t imagine being in her shoes where people could give af less about what space you’re in, they just demand demand demand. I get it, she’s famous & “wanted this”, but she’s human first & foremost. Being your truest self comes with a LOT of vulnerability & as feminine beings we need supportive covering (Family, Friends, life partner, etc) to go back home to after tending to everyone’s needs.
This was such a classy and tasteful interview. I love that Caresha touched on real topics such as motherhood & postpartum. And the way she encouraged Summer to be herself was beautiful 🥰💕

@@nell_uhh ok i believe it now cause hunty i was about to say lol us january Aquarius are more reserved lol u gotta bring it out of us , February got no filter 😂
@@deelove9375 i’m a feb aquarius and i’m reserved too
@@deelove9375 lmao. Facts! I’m a Jan Aquarius, and I am quite reserved. However, when I am with family and close friends, a different side def comes out. Or when I get that drank in me.😂😂
I love watching Caresha interview people because she has a way to make that person more personable also… Summer has a lot of growing to do with some of her statements but it’ll come with time ♥️🔥 I truly loved watching this interview 👏🏾
I love how Caresha make her guests comfortable. She understand boundaries but also will ask anything. Caresha keep perfecting your craft🩷
Loved thus interview. R&B is certainly not dead. You can't kill soul music. It comes in all genres. Don't worry about awards, radio play, or other traps. Good music is good music, so let's keep it alive.
Exactly! I love R&B!!!
*sigh*
Exactly the only thing I still really vibe to I go back to old school r&b like it’s new😭
@@missdee4927Fact's at all
@@missdee4927 thats what the r&b songs was about too back then😭 just the beat & the lyrics was put in a different way. Resentment to these niggas😂.
This episode was so therapeutic just the icing on the cake for her ep. Love seeing her happy and excited about this new chapter of life! Wish her and those babies nothing but the best!🫶🏾
This interview was great! Awesome conversation. I felt like we got to see Summer’s personality. I loved this💯❣️
I’m not sure if people recognize how big of a deal summer is. I love she gave this interview to Yung Miami such an honor
ONLY IN THE SINGLE BLACK MOTHER COMMUNITY
Summer is such a vibe; there’s so many layers to her . She is sis & wears her heart on her sleeve. I see where those beautiful songs come from.
Exactly
This!!!
Oh yes Caresha was asking the questions we were all thinking 😭. That's why I love her!
Sure did !
summer is so raw. you can tell her heart is in the music and everything else that comes w it is just a job.
This was such a classy and tasteful interview. I love that Caresha touched on real topics such as motherhood & postpartum. And the way she encouraged Summer to be herself was beautiful 🥰💕
I love that caresha told her it’s ok to cry and show that emotion because that’s why we pay our money to see you we connect with you
Summer is really talented. The fact that she writes all of her music is amazing.
Caresha doing these interviews is amazing she is really doing the damn thing I love to see it! I hope she never stops interviewing she matches the vibe so well, you can tell Summer was comfortable af. They both looked amazing here 🤍
Summer is a whole vibe her energy is unmatched ✨🫶🏼
