  • in this video advocate Yogesh Agrawal tells about the new judgement passed by Supreme Court of India and made new guidelines on sexual harassment cases where victim of sexual harassment suffer trauma and thereafter due to legal procedure donot want to join the trail of the court and due to above said reason accused person take benefit and escape himself from the punishment, the matter is listed before Supreme Court of India on 5th August 2022 in the criminal appeal no. 1184 of 2022

    First of all this law is totally biased towards women......in India harrasment can only happens with women not with men.......all these femanist mentality people are sitting and making new guidelines...... what will happen if females employe ask for sex to male employe..does this law work for that male no not at all.....at least judgment should be fair.... don't support emporing criminal mind.....
