Yeah .... soo, for me,,,, breathing is optional! 😂😂 As long as I aint walkin out the house lookin like Dough Boy, a la “Boyz In The Hood” circa 1993; I’m good!! I’m about to buy my 2nd, and wanting to find the best on the market. I bought a “What Waist” last year and I was happy with it. The wires are a bit uncomfortable getting use to, but the zip with the extra strap of elastic, brings the waist in and the stomach on flat, BUT .... it kinda had me lookin real broad backed; like I was the starting tight end for the 49’er’s. It did tend to loose its shape after sometime, which is probably to be expected wearing it daily. I’ve heard Keisha K’oir has a good 1 as well, but it’s hard trusting anything advertised on IG. So here we are, and here I watch. Come thru for me Sis!!! I’m putting all my trust in you! 😂
So I am injured rn (neck, LWrist, Lankle) and 2 are ongoing from previous 2018 &2020 accidents. I'm normally VERY active, athletic body, my biggest issue was no boobs and booty at the time. Now that almost 4 full years of no outdoors or even no gym time (not a fan) I'm skinny fat (too horrible Terms, I've been called both but not together till recently) I had a waist trainer and it was cheap but even Just that helped melt belly fat. My other concern is posture so I'm leaning towards 3&4. I'm also a small so maybe not the company for me?idk. Suggestions? Also do you have any moves how to help my Vanishing skinny white girl butt? Keep in mind I can't stand or plank. Lol thank you.

One negative though is waist trainers may cause serious complications such as uterine prolapse (where the uterus moves from its position and goes down into the birth canal or comes out of the vagina) because they increase pressure in the abdomen and increase downward pressure on the pelvic floor.
They look great. I want to purchase however ever since getting scammed by an fake company after ordering online I'm skeptical on no ordering online again with companies that looks sketchy. The last scam came from Asia my order took forever to come and I immediately knew it was a scammer and sure enough when I received the item it wasn't what I thought it to be. Anyway you can ease my mind on this sis that this is legit?
