- Today in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel! I have made the shadow games real in master duel! How will randomly chosen competitors stack up against eachother when their souls are on the line every single duel! Its yusei vs weevil, its gadgets vs Yugi! Who will win!

I love seeing modern character decks go against each other.
Everyone knows what a modern Yusei deck looks like but that Weevil deck was wild. Never thought I’d see something like it.
Thought the same thing the yusei deck could have summoned quasar or shooting majestic
@@beyblademaster32 I didn't wanna use Shooting Majestic (because it's everywhere in ranked) because I felt it would be unfair if other people were running character decks. I did have shooting Star Dragon and Shooting Quasar in there though.

@@axdragon4520 oh man, I got Red-Eyes, Blue-Eyes and Dark Magician all of which would be PERFECT for this! My other decks are more competitive, like Thunder Dragon and Despia, but I started out just focusing on the character decks. My friend plays Cyber Dragon and Galaxy-Eyes aswell so we could both join for the next one ;D
@@Da_Swifta I have SwordSoul, Despia, Ancient Gear, Cyber Dark, Red Dragon, Stardust/Synchron, Dark Magician, Blue Eyes, Gandora, and Unchained as finished decks. Harpie, Heroes, and Black Wings are unfinished.

Its crazy how I dont think there was a single negate 1st duel yet it was intense, dynamic, and entertaining. That was a Master Duel
That's honestly good. Negate cards honestly have ruined this game in my opinion.
@@dazaichan9970 The occasional negate can be hype, but the biggest issue is more that the power level is so high that you either have 10 negates, or your opponent is gonna kill you in a turn.
Here's the most important thing.....
THERE WERE NO HAND TRAPS!!!!! NO FIELD SPELLS EITHER
@@Picmanreborn I mean there were field spells... None of them were too broken, but we had both Black Rose Garden and the Seal of Orichalcos lmao.

This is actually a great idea, watching insects vs machines first duel is hilarious
I like that all of these duels ended by using the signature card of the deck. Special shoutout to the weavile roleplayer who summon perfectly ultimate great moth just to be extra authentic despite the fact that he had the einsect queen on the field.
I wish games would be more old school. so many decks now are just "spam every card from your deck, win" literally if you get a deck that gets down to like below 30-20 inside turn 1, you might as well surrender and move on. its a full blown exodia deck and your not gonna even get to play.
This is the most fun Master Duel has ever been. No 5 billion negates, no 4 hour turns, no hand traps, no decks that you have seen a thousand times already, but just two people playing fun decks and styling on each other with the occasional stupid card added just for flavor like the Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth or Seal of Orichalcos. Props to the first Yusei duelist for not going for any of the OP stuff that deck can do and keeping with the spirit of this event and to the insect player for actually using Great Moth lmao.
I wish there was a way/game mode in Master Duel that made it possible to actually have duels like this on the regular, because this is absolutely Yugioh at it's best. If we ever got an opportunity to have duels like this whenever we want I would never touch ranked again.

The commentary from Doto and Deion is just too good lol. Honestly it would be nice of they keep doing more commentary , but with a little conversation with the players , but I feel likey the ones playing would bust out laughing too hearing these guys commentate on their duels haha.

As half assed you put it together it was pretty cool idea to deal with the bot issues, and bring players that just want to play others good job man.
This was alot more exciting that I expected it to be,would love to see more of this! Especially if everyone had more character decks, definitely would be hella fun.

I think I would just ask people to tell me what deck they are playing and then pick other decks based on what im feeling!

This was a fantastic idea, and made a great video! Also, the chemistry between Doto and Deion is just on another level, they work so well together (tbf Doto can work well with almost anyone it feels like)

Modern water has a lot of neat effects to mimic the way that Mako played in Duelist Kingdom.
