что там со степенью огнестойкости у этих панелей из пенопласта
Зачем их переворачивать в конце, перед укладкой? При такой автоматизации производства кривой штабель в конце выглядит как-то странно, замки не защищены ни чем.
시험기관 종사자로서 현재 이슈되는 스티로폴 샌드위치패널. 그나마 유해성 적고 제가 시험해본 소재중에 제일 좋다고 생각되는 소재이긴합니다, 우레탄은 유독가스가 너무 심하고 그라스울은 발암물질이라 가급적 안쓰는게 좋죠.
우리나라에 덜떨어진 모지리들이 불연써야 화재잡는다고 떠들고다녀서 다들 그렇게 믿는데 굳이 불연을 쓸 필요가 없습니다.
단열재료는 단열기능만 충실하면 되는거에요, 화재하고 연관지으면 안됩니다.
우리나라의 단열재료 시공방법이 틀려먹었고 화재확산방지는 단열재료로 막는게 아니고 마감등 구조로 막는거에요.

thats such an inefficient way to produce those panels... here they make a shell from the aluminium sheet and then just fill it with polyurethane foam, way faster and cheaper to produce

@@bazzlerogers6735 if you are buying the cheapest of the cheapest of course you will get bad quality... my house is covered with those panels for 11 years and they are great have no problem whatsoever... i can send you link to the company that makes them if you need...
This is very efficient way to produce because they can do it in highly automated way. You can't fill with polyurethane form between two plan sheets. It cause inregular density of insulating material.
@@hugorhodano8428 not really... ive seen how they are doing it here, they are using 4 machines only and its completely automatic they are stacked one after other without any need of transportation between the machines, i think the owner said that he has only 10 employees that work in the factory... first machine is bending the sheet into a shell, second machine pours the fast setting polyurethane foam, third machine is the mold that holds the shape while the polyurethane foam sets, and the fourth machine is cutting the panels... example in the video you can see they are producing only flat panels, here they are making ribbed panels which is impossible to do the way that its done in the video, there will be a gap where the ribs are or they will need to introduce highly complex cutting of the styrofoam...
