Sir, please share your thoughts on new employement ratio versus new plots that hyd government or realestate is making. Dont you think after 5 years of span AI will take most of employeement, do we need this much ploting from agriculture lands. In my openion HMDA or RERA can promise us for amenities mentioned in list, but amount of water from rain cant be promised by any real estate company. Do really greater hyderabad can sustain out of this water scarcity??. Before we pramot this big greater city plan, we should have to plan to teach next generation about importance of natural resources and recycling of e wastage and plastic.
