    Turn the planet into a clock. You could buy the mechanism, install it, and then mount the clock in your office. Or you could make a bunch of smaller plates and set up a 2D solar system hung by fishing wire.

    Just as a person who does resin as a hobby, I’m sure this video has gotten a lot of people interested in resin but know that it is a chemical that has a lot of fumes. I’m not sure jazza’s studio is ventilated enough to work with resin in there. A preferred area would be a open garage or porch and maybe wearing a respirator. This may seem overkill but with prolonged exposure, resin can really mess with your lungs. I was hoping he would point out safety as he is an influencer who others will copy, saying he’s just wearing gloves, that is enough.

      Yep, my lecturer made sure to hammer that into my head and even spent 10 minutes going through various horror stories about those who didn't wear a mask.

    Ok ok but idea: Creating a full art piece OVER an acrylic pour! So doing the pour, letting it try then using paint or like paint markers to draw over it. It would be pretty interesting to see how he'd make a background with the random paint placement.

      Yes! I used to watch these Food Network cake competitions where they’d make these extreme cakes, often with icing figurines and cake/rice Krispy treat sculptures. I would love to see Jazza do something like that...maybe for his wife’s or maybe one of the kids birthdays so it doesn’t go to waste...and you get to eat cake so...? 😅 Would be interesting to see if he’d enjoy it or not...

      @@secretninja247 The fun part is really decorating. sometimes I didn't feel like baking so I'd order a cake with all white frosting, get it home and scrape off the roses or whatever. Then put blobs of frosting into bowls and tint it the color I needed and completely do something else. Like make a race track, or a construction site, or a Rock Climbing wall or whatever.
      Maybe he could do one shaped like Australia, or a kangaroo, or the Sydney opera house?

    Jazza, you should have a respirator and gloves on when handling resin. Resin and resin fumes are supper toxic before the resin cures. The projects look awesome just want to make sure you're safe when working with resin in the future.

    • @emiliabrooks8479

    • @AudraT
      @AudraT 4 роки тому +12

      I watched this video where this one lady ruined her lungs breathing in resin all the time to make resin cups. I didn't know if her lungs were just extra sensitive or she wasn't using the art resin or unless you're outside you're always supposed to use a ventilator???

    • @emiliabrooks8479
      @emiliabrooks8479 4 роки тому +14

      Audra T if you are repeatedly using resin like it sounds she was, she should have worn a mask as a precaution as well as keeping the air ventilated. As a one of use and using the right resin, art resin rather then certain resins which aren’t safe for breathing in, it is safe without a mask but it is a good precautionary to wear one. I guess Jazza wasn’t wanting to wear a mask whilst talking as it would have muffled his words.

    • @emiliabrooks8479
      @emiliabrooks8479 4 роки тому +12

      Audra T the most dangerous thing about using resin is if you sand it after it cures and the fine dust gets breathed in. No matter what resin you use you have to wear a mask to sand it or neaten it at all. If she was sanding them that could of been to her detriment

Resin is too expensive to try to use it as you would acrylic pouring. I would ❤️❤️ to see you do more resin!! That would make an interesting clock.
