I’m currently playing in the First Division League in UAE and still train on the wall at least 3 times a week. I did 2 sets of this in the morning, and I’ll take the 30 day challenge simply because you can never do enough touches. Great content as always mate. Started doing the workout on 14-11-2023 and now 14-1-2024 3 months later I complete as many passes as you in every exercise except for the tre last ones. They are still hard but I have become much much better since the start. I have completed the 15 min workout 41 times. And started counting how many passes I did in every exercise the last 15 times. Tip: Count every pass in every exercise and try to complete more every time. Tip: use a smaller size ball, it makes it harder to pass without the ball jumping. You need to be even better to take the bounce out of the ball. Overall a great workout! Love that you have a timer and that you do all the exercises with us.

Depends on how long you train for imo. I try to do soccer training for an hour 4 times a week + lift 4 times a week for about an hour and a half. Then I have one rest day
@@7mlc just finished the challenge, have seen some great improvements. I think the biggest difference I’ve seen is my wall juggles, they got immensely better over the 31 days, thanks for the challenge!

Day 3: I see improvements the last 3 drills we a bit easier today Day 4: I dint do so well today as I felt sore from my gym sessions but still it was really nice. Day 5: amazing did very well today the last 3 drills are just hard man. Day 6: I have kinda mastered all the drills like 70% I know I will reach 100% in 20 days just the last 3 drills are very hard. Consistency is the key.

Air control was the same still better than Day 1

Challenge accepted Edit: So prior to my original comment I had started doing wall drills 4 days before Edit Pt. 2: it’s day 5 and I’m starting to feel tired, sore legs but I can’t give up now, I’m gonna head out again Edit pt 3: I feel like I’ve improved a lot with my first touch and I can turn and drive with ball a lot faster this video showed me that dedication takes you so far

TLDR: Checking in a few months down the road, and I can say this routine not only revolutionized my 12 yr. old's first touch and comfort level with the ball at his feet, but his relationship with the sport overall. Please give it a go for yourself or your kids, you won't be sorry. Story Time: It took us an extra week or so to get through 30 workouts, as the first few were a little bit of a struggle and it wasn't worth the frustration of doing it *every* day. But we made it work, and after making the summer club he was bumped up an age group for his summer league (from U13 to U14...a huge leap developmentally) and started playing winger off the bench; they won the summer championship. Now he's playing with the local club for the fall and has his first (!) two goals and two assists in three games. Best of all, though, he just *plays* now! He juggles when he's bored, dribbles around the house practicing feints (much to his mom's chagrin 😅) , incorporates his neighborhood friends when they see him practicing. Heck...he even goes outside to practice without me!😅 This routine really broke him out of his soccer "shell" which is absolutely amazing. Sorry for the rant, but if you happen to see this Michael, you have helped my son really find himself in the sport. Thank you so much!

All depends on how you train as long as you train smart, and with good routine. And, make sure you rest properly you should be alright.
Depends on how long you train for imo. I try to do soccer training for an hour 4 times a week + lift 4 times a week for about an hour and a half. Then I have one rest day
