I’ve doing variations of this workout for years now, and like you said in the podcast with Matt. The basics are what make or break you at the top level. I’m currently playing in the First Division League in UAE and still train on the wall at least 3 times a week. I did 2 sets of this in the morning, and I’ll take the 30 day challenge simply because you can never do enough touches. Great content as always mate. Good luck for next season, hope you stay injury free and have the season we all know you’re capable of.

Started doing the workout on 14-11-2023 and now 14-1-2024 3 months later I complete as many passes as you in every exercise except for the tre last ones.
They are still hard but I have become much much better since the start.
I have completed the 15 min workout 41 times. And started counting how many passes I did in every exercise the last 15 times.
Tip: Count every pass in every exercise and try to complete more every time.
Tip: use a smaller size ball, it makes it harder to pass without the ball jumping. You need to be even better to take the bounce out of the ball.
Overall a great workout! Love that you have a timer and that you do all the exercises with us.

Day 2: I think I improved a lot on the directional touches and the aerial exercises.

Day 1: Felt pretty good but was struggling with the last few drills
Day 2: Felt bad halfway through then took a rest and kept going and got slightly better at the last one
Day 3: Felt pretty bad for most of the workout and need to work on my accuracy but we move
Day 4:Got better at the last few bit was really unmotivated for all of the workout but still did it

i'll try out this challenge, I've only started playing soccer and I'm 14 turning 15 on October so I'm hoping that this helps improve my first touch !

What's your rest and recovery routine? I try to train twice a day and once a day when I have work. Is that ok or am I trying to get good too quickly? Anything on this would help.
All depends on how you train as long as you train smart, and with good routine. And, make sure you rest properly you should be alright.
Depends on how long you train for imo. I try to do soccer training for an hour 4 times a week + lift 4 times a week for about an hour and a half. Then I have one rest day
Sleep well, don't sit on phone too much and enjoy your life
