To be honest, this video made me laugh so hard, good video my friend. To clarify, the Maximum Turn Cost is simply set and does not vary without anything you do, I will make this clearer in a future update that will arrive in a few days with some new cards and more changes. The game is still in development so any feedback is really appreciated!
Reto, I've only watched this video about the game, and even I'm confused with you on this game. The rules are utterly baffling, but even with the sheer amount of clean up the game oh so desperately needs, there's still POTENTIAL for a good game in here. It just needs more time in the oven and a loooot of QA work.
Thanks for the words man, I'll try to make some things clearer in the next updates. To be honest, the thing it need the most is feedback, as I cannot see if something is easily to understand or not.
@@HayBale236 One of the biggest things I could recommend that would make a world of difference for players: On the pop ups with the flavor text, have that instead spell out in plain terms what the units abilities/passives/etc are, then you could have the flavor text below that in smaller text. Also, more clarity and explanation on why the turn gold limits change the way they do. (Maybe have it be a set +1 change each turn by default?)
I stopped this after the tutorial to get the demo for myself. I have played for about an hour and didnt seem to do badly but neither won nor died and left totally confused. Now I am back to watch the rest of this and see if Reto worked out what was going on
Ive been thinking lately that Im missing out on a lot of games and videos just because the tutorials are so damn dry. I’d really appreciate if you spent 10ish minutes with the game on your own, then brought us in with a faster, better tutorial of your own.
To me it is an important part of the game's introductory experience and sets up the first impression of the game very well, there are plenty of UA-cam channels that will cater to the TikTok / Short direction this website is headed, this won't be one of them. Remember that you can absolutely just skip that part of the video if you must, I can't, and wouldn't stop you.
@@Retromation Fair enough if you don’t want to do it. To clarify, I hate short form content. I enjoy longform videos because I can enjoy them on the side of work; that makes if tough to digest a 10 minute tutorial so I can understand and enjoy the rest of your video. Maybe it’s just me, kinda sounds like it is, but just thought I’d get it out there.
One more thought, what good is including the tutorial doing? A bad tutorial can kill a good game- but if you can come in and provide that clarity then doesn’t that do good for everyone?
Gonna be real chief, I watched this entire video, and I still have no idea what I watched or how this game works.

What is your native language? Are the descriptions intentionally vague?
My main language is Spanish, so yes, there may be some descriptions that could be better written or explained.
@@HayBale236 Esta un trabajo muy deficil para escribir regulas en ingles. Muy bien! Rio mucho, y ojala que no cambian mucho.
The music didn't have to go that hard...but I'm glad it did.

The creator is a friend of mine and it is really cool to see that he finally was able to turn this into a video game
The music need to change man im 3 minutes in and im already feeling like ima go insane
Is this the fabled LSD simulator?
38:58 Ha. That legally distinct Cofagrigus.
seems like the max mana is tied to dmg delt/taken, not sure tho but if it is that is a really toxic mechanic.
This game is a mess... altough I like the avant-garde vibe
Wut.
What the fuck is this game?
