Each month, Stephen Brooks of Rubber Onion Animation holds an open challenge where animators get to do an animated short that has a particular theme. This month's theme is "Unhelpful PSA". This month the video was co-written by Alexa Fox.
You too can also participate if you talk with him or go to his site for information, and at the beginning of each month you can vote for the next theme! It doesn't have to be anything elaborate, or even pretty looking. The point of it is to get animators back into regularly making stuff.
