Why aren't England playing the best uni teams like Loughborough
Because they play in the BUCs / National leagues and don't have the capacity for extra exhibition games.

Also, if you mean Oxford, entry is now harder for kids from private schools than state. Thats why all the private school kids are at Bristol, Edinburgh etc.
Not true. Private schoolers make up about 32% of Oxford students. At face value, that makes it seem like Oxford is favouring state school kids, but you've got to put it into a wider context: only 7% of school-age kids go to private school in the UK. So there's a disproportionate amount of private school kids at Oxford by about 4.5x - the only stat that would suggest it was harder for private school kids, is if only 6% (or below) of Oxford was made up of private schoolers. Until then, the stats suggest you're MUCH more likely to go to Oxford if you go to a private school.
