I’m considering getting your leveling kit for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali. It’s a Crew Cab short box 1500, and it’s bone stock.
I’m contacting you for your recommendation for the best replacement magnetic ride control struts. Mine are shot, and I want to make the best, most informed decision on the most dependable, high quality struts.
Please advise…
Does the kit affect the magnetic air ride when towing? Will the air ride still adjust to the tow load you put on it with the level kit installed?

Question when I installed my shocks and struts I get a thing on my dash saying something about suspension system what can that be this are aftermarket.
Will not correcting the magnetic rod cause it to ride rough?
If the sensor position is not correct it can cause unfavorable ride characteristics and "Service Suspension" warnings on the dash.
why did this need to be done?
I have a 2001 gmc yukon with magneride and am curious if this could possibly retrofit into the older vehicle’s mounts? Connectors and sensors appear similar but the earlier version does not have the boot.

The strut mount bolt pattern match? I’ve heard it might be different but can’t find any tech info.

I have the Yukon Dinali 2015 I replace the four shops and a steel Not in leveling I’ll replace all four leveling sensors in a steel no leveling any ideas what I was I need to do
If you have installed this leveling kit and are having issues, you should ensure that the sensor relocation bracket is in the correct position. If the arm is not in the correct position it will not report the correct height and the suspension may act erratically.
Will headlight adjustment be necessary?🤔
Yes, with any height change in the front you will need an alignment and the headlights will need to be adjusted.
I have a noise coming from mine, started out not bad, and gradually got worse. Took it to dealer, said transmission was fine. Feels like it's from the front. Now when the noise starts a small vibration starts. Any ideas?
A vibration can come from multiple sources and without looking at the vehicle is it very hard to diagnose. Unfortunately, without having the vehicle in our shop I can't offer a diagnosis.

If after I do this I get a service suspension message what does that mean?
The sensor arms may be in the incorrect position in the relocation brackets. If positioned correctly the sensors and the computer will not know the truck is lifted.
Michigan Truck Spring They seem to be in the correct position. Plugged in a code reader and there is one that is sending out a slightly higher current than the others and it is the one causing the fault. I don’t know why it’s sending more current though
@@GRmotors question how you get the suspension system light to go away?
@@713ROBLO It ended up being a wire that came loose from a sensor during install. Just had to re-terminate the wire and it was all good
@@GRmotors some people might have to roll the wires because they might be backwards then they said it because they are aftermarket struts or I might need that bracket for the sensor.
I have a 2018 GMC Denali with Magnetic drive and I put a suspension Maxx leveling kit on it. And when I turn left and right I hear popping sounds coming out of the coils. Do you know why that happens?
If during installation the top 3 mounting nuts for the strut were not tightened to the OEM torque spec it may be allowing the strut mount to rotate slightly causing a sound. We recommend checking all fasteners for correct torque.
I have a 16 Escalade and the front driver side is like 1 1/4’ lower than the passenger side I replaced the driver side strut and still 3/4 inch lower what I can do to the same height and both sides
What I can do to have the same height
Replace both struts from same manufacture
Never do only one strut, always in pairs

@@cwsosby if you have the tools to do it yourself you can. Its super easy and they have a few people on UA-cam to show you.
