Hi, Thank you for sharing all your information and insights. We used to own an 06 metallic orange element when we lived in Canada but unfortunately we couldn’t bring it with us to the states. I’ve been watching your videos and wanted to ask you for help. I’m in California trying to find a good element but they are all crazy over priced. Any suggestions? Keep up the good work! I’
My favorite is 2006 because you get new (better) color choices and steering wheel audio controls, but you still get mechanical throttle and the old seats (which are better for camping and hauling)

Would the original push pins that you removed fit to secure the rubber gasket and the shield?
