Sorry I had to miss the live show today but I have watched it a short while ago and have to say that it appears that the Bombers have evoked the wrath of the football gods, or the refs/command centre have decided to just throw the book at the boys, whether they have an infraction or not. I think the league needs to take a careful look at what is going on as this is multiple games where they have missed blatant calls. Or maybe we need to buy them all new glasses! LOL. I believe that the boys can and will win tomorrow night and I am calling on the crowd to make enough noise to affect the game when the BC QB is on the field. We can do this!! Goooo Bombers!!!!
Bad spot from refs on Strevler run. But as always, there has to be enough info on the replays for the Command Centre to overturn the placement. In the scrum context, it was close , ball was not visible and not clear enough.. However, the Demski PI call was definitely missed -defender hand over his bicep. So you have to wonder about ref and command centre consistency. The officiating mystery continues. Next game prediction- Brady carries the Blg Blue to victory!
I'm just hoping it's not a blowout.....I'm not expecting a W from the Bombers to be honest....NOT with all these injuries with 13 players (key players) on the 6 game. The Bomber Defence has allowed the most explosion plays of any team and if BC scores early and often, it's going to be a loooong night.
I didn't disagree with the 3rd down gamble.....we get the first down which we had done 18 consecutive times....and we are almost guaranteed to win that game. Well, we got a really bad spot and we didn't even get the chance. The football gods have not been on our side this year.....
Giving the ball back to them with 50 seconds left is still a lot of time for the Argos to tie the game back up.....however we got to OT and the Bomber O and Sergio laid a colossal egg!
