Hey peter, My hands, body and spine get real tingly when I do the breathing thing? It feels like the energy is going to lift me off the ground? I get stuck standing like christ on the cross?...(Sort of feels like ptah trying to come back in? I'm not 100% sure) Instead of fearing it I'm letting it in? I get really tired when the energy goes? What does this mean? I get Abit scared bkoz I don't know what's happening to me !? Please and thank you ❤
