I loved this video. But do you have any pull whatever with Canva to actually get me some good support? All these things I try to replicate from your videos I can’t do. It tells me they are pro features and guess what? I am a pro user and have been paying for it for years. I take screenshots and send them I to them ands they claim they never get my replies and then close my tickets and then the hamster wheel starts over again but it never gets resolved. Why can’t I get anyone to actually look at my account and figure out why it isn’t working. They’re taking my money every month. Something has to give. Can you help me at all please?
I am wondering, if we download the doc as a pdf is the drop-down menu still available? We would need an editable pdf (which is something I asked canva to add in their download options)
Good question 🤔 I just tried, downloaded as a PDF Standard, and no... the dropdowns do not work. You see the one that was set in the interactive doc, but cannot change the response.
Cool updates! I have a question if you can add both an image and a video into a frame? (the video will be slightly transparent as an effect but can still see the image underneath.) Thanks :)
You can achieve that result, but you’ll need 2 different frames. One for your video (give it transparency) and another one for your image (underneath the other frame).
Thank you soo much for the videos you post, I learn so much more from them. Like a turtle, I am slow-moving with all that's new. However, it’s great to save videos of interest so I to come back to them and go over those need-to-know steps at my leisure. I will also check into your AI subscription soon. So so much on my “to-do lists”. As they say, “patience is a virtue.” I will get there. Love the coffee mug mock-up video you showed us. ☕️☕️☕️😊❤️🐢
Thanks for the lovely message dear It’s always good to understand how each person is using our videos 😊 One thing that’s been on my mind is to create “Learning paths” for learning about specific topics. I also save a bunch of other Creators’ videos in playlists and try to find time later to come back to them, which is not always easy 😬
@ This is true that it is not always easy to get back to the saves, in fact I have many like this myself. However, when someone like myself who has a schedule that typically doesn’t match everyone elses, and cannot always give the full dedicated time for each newly posted video, it can be a benefit to come back to them when time permits. I juggle many things at the moment and trying to balance a night job, learning and creating both on-line, and physically with hand made items, as well as the only one to do the many home repair projects on my to do lists. I look forward to my retirement at the end of this year so that I can give the needed committed time learning and creating requires. My aim for now- slowly building my website, print on demand products along with my handmade arts and crafts. Much of the videos that I have seen here cover most of my goals and needs. I just have to have more time to apply now. Of course there is always still more to learn, and some things have changed over time and we have to relearn the newer ways. Some things I need to work on are adding a cart, payment formats, embedding, linking, and possibly later in the year starting a youtube channel myself. Demonstrating all my artistic and crafting abilities. As well as learning thumbnails, pdf’s, my list goes on and on. Slow movements but it will pick up in time. Cheers to 2025! ☕️☕️☕️🙂❤️🐢
You can either download your presentation as a PPTX file via the "Share" button > "Download", or create a public view link of the presentation via the "Share" button > "Public view link".
Hey, I am facing low quality output while using the video mockup, is there any solution? When I use it in standard HD video output looks very low quality.
We use both OBS and QuickTime to record our videos, and our team edits them in Premiere Pro. We use Canva for all the visuals, slides and thumbnails as well ✨
Love that you are trying to lose the "UA-cam Voice" : "Natural" Ronny is better :) Thanks for this review ; I'm very excited with the Draw activated in presenter mode indeed !

Thanks for the sub! I'll see you there. Unfortunately, I can't add you to my Canva team, but I can share this playlist of tutorials that hopefully will help you make your first $$$ with Canva: bit.ly/rondiplaymoney 🙏

@@TeamRonDi Thank you so much for this quick reply, it worked perfectly! 😻🙌
Excellent Ronny I think the smart swapping is the smallest innovation but the one which ill use most!!!
Interesting!
Sometimes the small updates have a big impact on our workflow!
I learned so much from your videos 😊😅
That's awesome!
Thanks for watching

New follower! Quick question. Is there a way to "flip" image in Placeit ie. a coffee mug? Many of the images have the handle on the opposite side
Hi Michael 👋
Thanks for learning with us!
Do you mean new ways to flip an object inside a mock-up?
Not an object but the whole pic. There are a lot of mug mockups that I like but the handle is on the wrong side.
Loved the update! I am subscribed to your other channel and the laidback style is perfect!
Thanks for letting me know Melissa
And happy to hear you enjoyed the video
Thanks Ronny, great job again. 🎉🎉 Can the offline presentations be sold as digital downloads? 😊😊 Thanks in advance, Chef Brendan 👨🍳
Thanks Brendan, that’s a really good question. I haven’t thought about it, I’ll investigate 😊
All updates are amazing
Thanks!
id love more lessons on editing photos - changing backgrounds, switching heads between photos, removing people, etc etc etc
Noted!
Pretty much all the magic studio features.
@ that was fast! Yes. But I want to see you do it!
Great info. I’m curious what app or software do you use to present the Canva screen?
I record my screen with QuickTime Player, but then our team edits with Premiere Pro. Adding zooms and effects, …
I followed just 2 channels on UA-cam for Canva and everything in between. This channel and Distilling Insights youtube channel.
Thank you so much
Great to hear we made the cut 😎
Just subscribed to your new AI channel 😊
Excellent
Really great updates 🔥🔥
Appreciate it!
Yes a teleprompter is a must I agree
😎👌
Subscribed to your new channel! 🎉
I'll see you there to talk about AI tools that matter!
Congrats...RONDI TEAM...
Thank you ❤️
How to download the presentation as ppt with animations and use it as a normal ppt presentation for training purposes or sharing with non Canva users?
You can either download your presentation as a PPTX file via the "Share" button > "Download", or create a public view link of the presentation via the "Share" button > "Public view link".
@ Thanks for the reply. If I download as pptx, will I not loose the animations?
Hey, I am facing low quality output while using the video mockup, is there any solution? When I use it in standard HD video output looks very low quality.
Do you guys use Canva to record these videos..or do you use something else, or I’m addition to?
We use both OBS and QuickTime to record our videos, and our team edits them in Premiere Pro.
We use Canva for all the visuals, slides and thumbnails as well ✨
Subbed 🎉

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the tone of voice, Isa. I also think natural Ron is better!
I don't know how to get client as a graphic designer
We have made a few videos that can guide you, here: bit.ly/rondiplaymoney
Its funny how DreamLab still calls "photos" images that don't even look like photos. Those looked like AI generated illustrations - not photos.
Good point!
Already subscribed. Well OK, Just now. Lol
Can you make a video on how to make money by selling canva templates
We can look into that 😊
I love Canva but does anyone else think there design templates are not as good as they used to be?
There are millions of templates, so it’s hard to say if the quality has dropped. I guess it’s a matter of finding the good ones 😊
