Technically, the Bugsnax were riled up cause the volcano was about to EXPLODE! I don't feel like the bugsnax are truly "evil". They transformed the whole island in to them to protect it from the disasters. They're not just pests, they're so much more. They even have some connection to mother naturae aka the goddess.
Also, if Wiggle and Gramble never went to snaktooth island, she could've never made her "Ode to Ggramble" song. Hope is usually a good thing. Lizbert was only paranoid in the end.
Random fact: If Eggabell never felt useless and tried to help Lizbert then she (L) wouldn't have fallen in the undersnax.
