This is actually a really good idea when it comes to improving your art! This is especially genius when it comes to curing same face syndrome or ensuring you have facial feature consistency 0o0 I might have to do this haha
omg!! I did this too back in 2016 when I was in college because I was tired of feeling jealous of my friends who were better artists!! (That, and a professor when looking at my self portrait of myself said, "This doesn't look like you...This looks like the caucasion version of you" so I went hardcore in studying how to better draw asian features because I realized that I only knew how to draw in an asian style, and not asians themselves). I always did them in pen because I just came back from a study abroad trip from Japan and got all these cool Japanese pens, not realizing that it would help me so much in improving because i had to stick with my desicions lolol, but i don't regret it since now i don't own pencils LOL 1. Jin's face for me, when I first started drawing was the easiest face, because it felt like he came out of a shoujo manga! So because I drew a lot of shoujo manga when I was younger, I got the hang of his face the easiest! 2. Suga actually became my bias because of my insane practice, because I found his face so interesting, it's so subtle, and catlike. especially the corner of his eyes that kind of form a triangle (if that makes any sense) along with the corner of his lips! He's still my favorite to draw haha! 3. RM made me realize how much like a dragon he looks? especially when he's just staring at the camera! 4. V's face is the easiest to draw because (personally) I think it's because he has such strong features--especially with his eyes, browns and lips. His square mouth is iconic, because I don't know a lot of people with square mouths. 5. Jimin has very soft features, but because of the shape of his lips, it's easy to draw him once you get the lips down 6. This was where I discovered Jungkook's mole under his lowerlip, and where I started saying, "I would rather pick JK's lower lip mole over you" 7. Jhope is the hardest face to draw since his face is so subtle, but i love drawing his smile--especially his heart shaped mouth! I can 1000% say that BTS influenced my art style because I was trying to find ways to differentiate each person, and that's why I always color in my lips even in my "anime" drawings, or else it doesn't look right lolol
