So this is basically Etch A Sketch with a built in synth?
Kidding aside this looks and sounds very cool!
Sounds really great , alot of fab tones from that one module , nice review thanks .
Is there a vst or a hardware that does that partial mixing thing. I just wanna have 30 something faders and do that
Nice demo! And what a cool module with great features. No wonder they were working on it for so long
What a great and interesting module. Etch a sketch mode looks so much fun. Sounds great. Erica Synths is really pushing the envelope with this!
Great sounds!
Been eyeing this since it was first teased, Erica makes some serious kit
Hope these are still cool in 2024 because I just ordered one!
Nice to see more eurorack being covered :)
Just got mine, and I'm pretty well blown away. It is capable of so much. And yeah, I get the complaint of the waveform editing being a bit slow for some folks, but that's kind of the trade-off for very precise editing. I mean you get one of these things because you like to get your hands dirty at the root level of creating sound. It's definitely NOT a beginner's tool, but a beginner could still get fun things out of it. In the right hands, this thing is a monster of a tool.
whats the fourth mode?!
Very cool! Trying to avoid the modular rabbit hole, but it is getting more difficult... 🤔
Bad Camera angle.
Valdis Krebs cool video of this interesting new product. Grandpa isn't doing so well. Call your dad. I forgot to get bread at the grocery store but I can pick up some bagels down the street. TTYL
god this is huge sounding
Wave drawing looks much easier here than on the Korg DSS-1. ;)
5 semitone is a terz not a fifth (7semitones) very interesting presentation
if you go up or down 5 semitones it’s a fourth.
Down 5 is a 5th, Up 3 is a Min 3rd, Up 4 is a Maj 3rd, Up 5 is a fourth and up 7 is a 5th. It's not as funny without adams comment :'( if you get it you it lol...
nice that we have sorted it out, was a very interesting video
Oooou!h! Sounds sweet!
Sucks that eurorack is so expensive.
check out tangible waves ae modular, this guy in germany is making a new format, a full case for $500 with modules in it
Matt Thanks!
Anyone with a modest job can get into eurorack at some level. And it's modular so build as you earn money. If you can't afford eurorack, you should consider gainful employment.
Station 2Station I can't afford it because I owe thousands of dollars in fines.
...whatever.
Sounds like NI Razor to me. Just buy that its cheaper.
gazfunk of course hardware is going to cost more than software
A bit noisy, glitchy was expecting something more exact and analog sounding. Reminds me of circuit bent toys.
you expected a digital wavetable synth to sound like an analog synth?
B Couf Talking about the FM feature, not a fan.
Cool just what the world needs, another overpriced synthesizer to create cheap Atari sounds #smh
