It used to be one of my least favorite Jokers ever. Basically locking yourself out of discards? How would you manage? Now it's ... not my all-time favorite, but I'm far happier to see it early. Funny what actually playing the game does.
Roffle gets hologram upgraded and wonders if that makes copying green joker better than copying square joker: x mult is actually just as good with chips as with mult. Your total score is (chips)*(mult * xmult), but that's the same as (chips*xmult)*(mult) by association and commutation. Works out the same even though red number go up
Not exactly though. Brainstorm improves only the bonus from one joker. If you have 2 mult jokers and one chips joker, it's better to use it on the chips, for example. Also it depends how much you depend on your base chips/mult. If you have a square joker at like 200 chips and you do 200 base chips, a base mult of 20 and a joker mult of 70 (roughly Roffle's situation), using Brainstorm on the chips joker amounts to x1.5 (you end up at 600 from 400 chips), whereas using it on mult ends up at x1.7 (you end up at 160 mult from 90). What's more interesting is that he could've used it on the Hologram and it would've been the best value here, since it adds around 100 mult just from multiplying the base mult from the leftmost position (20*6-20), and then Brainstorm acts as the previous Hologram at the right of the joker slots.
sorry for late reply. the mega buffoon lets you take two jokers, but if you only want to take one, you can get a bit of money back by buying the most expensive one first, selling it, and then taking the joker you actually want. gets 3 dollars compared to just taking the joker you want and then skipping
Roffle's green joker addiction continues. Let us all pray for his swift recovery
He will never

@@1AlasBabylon same. still better than not finding any decent jokers.
@@1AlasBabylonIf you have no other options then you can make do with it for sure
There's an easy solution to a green joker addiction. A dagger to get rid of it! :D
Roffle when the joker is green:

Might be fitting with your comment 😉
Roffle when he sees a patch of grass (it is a green square):
Hey roffle, I think you may have accidentally uploaded the same run twice in this video. I know I just saw those jokers in the first run
My favourite part was when green joker appeared and greened all over the place
Green Jokers run is generational and the best part is he can only get a nerf for the start either by rarity or cost increase
I feel like he is quite balanced since he hurts your economy a lot due to using your hands to scale him
wow what a unique combination of jokers!

@@Kalulosu that analysis is all correct. my point was that the math is completely independent of hologram's multiplier, which I think is unintuitive
@@toast_recon Oh sorry I misunderstood but yeah copying green or square is ultimately a question of its own for sure.
I like green. It's my favorite color
Green Joker stays winning.
Ok the second run is so absurdly lucky
Hope everyone had their official Roffle Bingo Cards ready for this one
I am Green joker’s #1 fan now
I might be a plant because im seeing green!
Wee for chips, not my proudest after school job.
Does anyone know why Roffle bought and sold the totem before the boss in ante 4?

As a green joker hater, this videos stinks! (Pretty good video, thx roffle)
smeared joker definitely wouldve gone hard, playing junk diamonds/hearts wouldve made them flushes instead
wouldn't work with square unless you had four fingers
these two runs are practically the exact same 😂
