This is like the zerg version of mass nuke. At some point it synergizes with itself due to the overlapping warnings and overstrained APM, and it only takes a couple of mistakes to take critical damage.
@@kalebhopping800 wym? overseers + nydus easily match nuke cost and then you also have the lurkers that actually have to go in and do the damage. if nyduses exploded for 500 damage on spawn i think you'd be right though.
You know, I suspect the reason mass overseer works so well is that Rogue employs it in tandem with mass Nydus. Don't play the game but from what I have seen. Doesn't Protoss typically have a slower army? The longer it cooks the stronger it's gonna get. Put it in Serral's hands for example and let him remix it and he might not lose another game until the nerf patch. Brilliant.
"2018 is like 2 years ago give or take" gives the same vibes as Grubby talking about a "recent" WC3 balance patch released in 2005.
its been a long since i've played sc2 but zerg was always the race with the most potencial since u can do anything anytime like explode your economy or maxout twice after loosing a battle, i do think zerg nerfs were good for the game and the new endgame rogue is showing just adds up how powerfull zerg can be, go rogue!
I mean if you pair this new strategy with banelings and Ultras you could roll over some of the mainstage terrans--i couldn't lol--but you're right lowko there are a lot of strategies you could abuse mass overlord with. Nerd chills.
can't wqit to see other zerg player do this. im a terran but fuck the ghost, fucking op
if it's work against clem, it's work
@@Solarmopp-i7r english is not my main so i don't understand what you mean, i just wana tell if that's overseer strategy work on clem, that's a good strategy
Only answer for this is mass siege tank and a few ravens. This strat shook Clem and all non-zerg players.
Finally something to counter the OP-solve-anything Ghost!
I play dota. A way to make it harder for the opponent to last hit creeps is to put yourself right on top of them . Rouge uses that strat in sc2 .
amazing gameplay there by rogue
I am loving this overseer meta, really hope Ghosts will get nerfed for good, that Snipe got too much damage
We've been saying it for years. When a changeling enters the range of a detector, make it appear as an enemy unit that will automatically be fired on by your units.
I think the real problem is that zerg late game is too weak. Ever since the broodlord nerf zerg hasn't had a good "siege" option which seems required for the late game. Ghosts can still be beaten, they just require top tier infestor micro.
I'm convinced the nerf ghosts need is to make their abilities require researches first. Itd mean ghosts need some preptime to become good, just like any other technically really powerful unit that gets strong only after its researches are finished
@@xiriusthesoulwatcher3955 Thing is if you only improve stuff, eventually the margin of error keeps shrinking more and more.
@@mikeserds2333 That can be said about any powerful unit that requires a lot of researches.
@@xiriusthesoulwatcher3955 Ghost needs to be way more vulnerable, the cannot be the best spellcaster in the game, while still have a bulky health and a decent regular attack.
@@oddeda They cannot be deployable without researches, first and foremost. All the other spellcasters need a research or two before they can actually use their full power, ergo the ghost should first be brought in line with that and require an investment of time and resources to be good. I am cautious of considering what else can be done after that on account of how easy it would be to overcorrect and make the ghost useless
I'm a Rogue convert. I haven't seen Zerg get the script flipped like that since Stephano took MLG with his crazy queen play.
This is the coolest build in years!
Clem laser focused on how to beat Serral, who has a very methodical/standard playstyle, and tends to get tripped up every time his opponent does anything non standard. Which is why Serral struggles to beat Clem, but Dark, Reynor, and Rogue can win games against him more easily.
12:31 Me too man. Me too
Rogue will find any way possible to cheese the Nydus Worms you gotta respect it
first, wow I really did it what a great morning to be checking out youtube
Yea lol
The only thing I remember about Artosis is his pylon
terrans when they dont close their doors and dont clear out their bases of giant worms: "how could i be constantly infested!"
Rouge is brillant! 👍
2018 ..two years ago💀💀
watch as overseer get a 20% size reduction next patch
Will only happen if Ghosts also get a buff that Snipe hits both the air target and the unit beneath it at the same time.
@@bricelory9534 haha you cracked me there
I try to like and comment on every video because this channel means so much to me!
This is fing beautiful
Overseer cloud is the best sc gimmick since stutter step
Maybe we should call the strat OverRouge, because you are Overloading the opponent.
Beautiful
The Nova spawn should be able to do 1 free nuke.
question..... How can suvs be healed by both other suvs and med vac?
There's a guy in there, so I guess they're healing the guy??
Honestly what's even stranger is hellbats. They transform and suddenly they can be healed by medivacs
SCVs and hellbats are mechanical AND biological units (it’s on the unit card). Scvs repair mechanical, medivacs heal bio..
Same way hellbats can
Ghost Skin: "cough...cough...bottom heavy." - Lowko
Zerg players always find a way to make a good situation even though it get nerfed so much
THIS STRATAGY SHOULD BE CALLED "BREAKDANCING OVERSEERS"
BECAUSE YOU MAKE A LOT OF OVERSEERS, AND THEN YOU DO THE WORM
No one is even close as you commenting a StarCraft game. You didn’t wrong your job
Terran should have a repair bay building.
just micro SCV better
