Pork Belly Burnt Ends

  • This Memorial Day, I decided to try my hand at making Pork Belly Burnt Ends. I purchased the Pork Belly from Costco, and used some Bad Byron's Butt Rub seasoning on it. Finally, I used some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.
    I also wanted to take the time to remember those who continue to serve, or in some cases, have given their lives so that we may enjoy the freedoms we have...to all of the military, police, and emergency responders, thank you so very much.

      They came out pretty good and didn't last long at all. I thought I'd have enough to last a while but the family thought otherwise lol. Thanks for checking it out.

      My only "complaint" was that there wasn't much bark on them but practice makes perfect lol. Thanks for checking it out

      You want more bark, put them directly on the grate or on a rack for the first 3 hours, rather than in the pan.
