This kind of transaction you have heard only in school not in real world. 😁
Thank you Sir for such videos , i have a question lets take your example and say we paid 10 lakhs out of our own pocket and 40 lakhs was paid by bank in under construction property and if we are unable to pay the EMI can bank sell of the property and return us the 10 lakhs that we paid , note that property is still under construction.
In theory, yes. But in practice, the bank may (corruptly) recover less than your dues in bank auction of your property, and they will try to recover the difference from you.

I am looking for ready possession property from last 3 yrs but belive me u will not get u r expected property. The units which are there are always 1st or top floor. At the time of launching 70 % units are sold out. I have check resale flats but moat of properties are 10 + yrs old and some are new but they are Out of budget
