I get this is for probably highschool coaches but if you can't teach your linemen to be comfortable with both hands down you're insane. If any of them have any interest in playing ball at the college level then take notes - this is good for concepts but not for how to teach your linemen.

What o-line anywhere plays with both hands down???? No need for them to "be comfortable with both hands down."
