Happy Saturday! 🤠`🤎 Today I'm sharing the 7 things that have helped me change my life to be one of genuine happiness, positivity, and radiance. It's amazing thing to look in the mirror and love myself, appreciate myself, and be able to recognize and celebrate me. :')
I hope these tips impact you as profoundly as they have me, but I encourage you to take applying these tips to your life seriously, follow them daily, and to really put in the time + effort. You might not notice the change initially, but over time these small daily changes compound, + your life will 180 too. 🥰 LOVE YOU GUYS, SEE YOU SOON IN THE NEXT ONE! xo
I leave my house 8 months ago and move to my country after 20 years with my mom and my sister. I literally put my life in 3 baggages. We left cause we lived in an atmosphere of domestic violence. Psychological and emotional violence. I'm healing now and it is very hard. litearally my body is begging me to rest every 4 hour. Doing extra things is a great effort for my body and mind. Even if that means taking coffee with my mom or granny. Recently I was diagnosted with several depression and posttraumatic stress. It's been a long process, I'm going step by step. Thank you for this video it will help me a lot.
Hope you are taking care of yourself 💖
💕💕
You have no idea how much I've needed this! at 16 years old I've been dealing with way too much and this video has helped me realize I was holding a lot of unnecessary baggage. Thanks Jess ❤
It's not an easy age! Don't be afraid to talk to a professional if you need to.
Hi Jess,
Thank you! I am my worst critic, I know I need to change that and not be so hard on myself!
OMGGGG ...I LOVE THISSS..I HOPE AND PRAY A LOT OF YOUNG GIRLS WATCH THIS...IM GONNA SHOW THIS TO MY 14 YR OLD DAUGHTER.. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL💚💚💚💚
Noticing and challenging negative self talk is such a game changer! You’ll start to notice other people do it to themselves too, so just like you would defend them also defend yourself! Something similar I try to be aware of is over-apologizing for the sake of politeness or ‘manners’. If I'm walking through a doorway and someone starts to walk through it too, I don’t need to be ‘sorry’ but excuse me works just fine. If someone apologizes to me I make sure to say something like you’re fine or that’s what doorways are for!
Such good reminders to set each time we’re not feeling our best ♡
Absolutely love this advice and your mindset! ❤️
Looooved this! After going through depression I have found videos like this to be so helpful. Thank you

This really spoke to me and the season of life I am in. I’ve been exposing myself to a lot negative personal thoughts because of some failures I had at work recently. I am learning to build up my confidence. These will be the foundation for who I want to be and what I want to change. 💛
Wonderfully positive and inspiring. Thanks ❤️
What wonderful ideas. You are such a good speaker and your positive, easy manner help people to trust and see value in what you are saying. I hope people that needed to hear this watched your video. You are inspiring in all your videos. ❤️

Thanks for sharing!!!! I originally subscribed because of the love of thrifting but this video was a nice change from what I usually watch 😊
With stopping negative self talk- this takes time!! The way to make those new neural pathways is to keep practicing. It's okay to have those negative thoughts but try to catch yourself and say something nice instead. "I'm so lazy. Wait, no. I am nurturing my body by resting"
This has taken me a lot of therapy to get better with
Gosh, I haven't finished to watch the video but I just wanted to say I missed your videos so much. I could literally listen to you EVERY SINGLE DAY. Have you considered doing a podcast?
Thank you soooo much for your video☀️☀️☀️
By the way I do enjoy most of your videos, I appreciate your hard work🎇🎇🎇
Very well said! 💯
Great advice!
I have heard of bullet journeling before. But never seen one. I have projects in my head I wanna focus on outside of school, I think I'm going to order myself a bulletournel now to see if it helps me stay on track. Thanks for that tip Jess. :)
New subscriber, love your videos 😘
Thank u this video is very helpful!
I need this rn with all this seasonal sad hours
I am at that point where i really want to quit my job, the job I prayed for, a few months ago. unfortunately, my green lights may not be enough to cover all the red lights that are going on right now. My red lights are not stubby toes or belts that clipped by the door. The red light now come in the form of overwork and under pay situation.
My favorite things to change my life everyday: being happier & always taking care of myself. This is a good tip I like! ❤❤❤
Brilliant.💚
You are looking so pretty ... Have a great year 💕
Thank you so much for making this video! Honestly I’ve been struggling a lot lately so I’m going to try one of these at a time until I can implement all of them. I want to be more grateful for what I have because it’s honestly the life I always wanted when I was younger! Thank you so much
♡♡♡
All this cellulite is definitely a red light 😅
excuse me?
I love Emily Dickinson!!!!! ❤️
Tip: don't read Emily Dickinson's poetry if you want to feel positive 😅
