My main excercise is pull ups since ages and I do 100 in 10min and it drops hard after. Did 300 in 45min. There is no way I can keep that up for 24hours. Goggins is a machine

Less than 4 a minute. Quite achievable as long as you don't have to keep it up for 24 hours straight I'd say. If I was going to attempt it I'd go for 4 per minute for the first 45 minutes then 3 per minute for the last 15

@@SF-cq3lhIt exists, but when you train pull ups with high volume for like a month or two these numbers are really quite achievable, if you have the can do like 15+ pull ips anyway. This way I was able to do 500 pull ups in in like 1h 23min

Im nearly positive that i didnt even do 7500 pull ups throughout my entire career in the Marine Corps
You have to try that test regularly to increase the level. I have fluctuated in pull-ups like crazy, when I started doing just a few a day, I could go back to doing 24-30 without stopping but then when I stopped I went down to 5, then back up, it's a strength you have to maintain not just train. If you tried that every other day, you might actually get there.
