Subtitles don't exist? Hmm... sounds like this was cut much earlier than the others; doesn't look like they got around to adding the subtitles in time. Also, this one is a bit annoying; afaik, this would, in theory, have been the only Target so far to require a specific disguise.
Yeah blocked content in this game is why I lost interest in it probably around the time this comment was made, but I’ve recently re-gained interest in it, I still need to re-learn some things but it’s fun
@@AnthonyFuller I do appreciate how IO went to the trouble of creating a different backstory for that mission. Iirc, the Patient Zero mission had you kill the author for being part of Liberation, whereas the ET version has the client asking for the hit as revenge.
@@shrekconfirmed5456 oh yeah, that’s the thing I mean, starting you in a disguise that’s hostile everywhere is why I hate this map, plus, it makes SA/SO only have one real route (without getting every single person infected, that is), the gimmick is good, just hate the starting location
This was seriously like "we've put too much work into this elusive target, let's make it into a set of unique missions" Maybe they should do that more often
Wow, that kill requirement finally answers my age-old question of "Why do the two most important people in the level have keys to a safe that only has some poison?" Lebleid probably would've been in the level, but instead of being a target, he would've just been a useful way to get the poison, which is especially important in a map where you might not be able to bring your own like Hokkaido.
Yep, obviously depending on the PZ mission the maps were changed more, but other than that they can of course make ETs permanent. The Sarajevo Six and the Special Assignments are ETs that were made missions and were permanent.
Peacock server can help you. But yeah, I really want them back on official server, too. But you can enter only if you have hitman 3 in EGS. PC only, of course. Good luck
So it was mandatory to wear the hazmat suit, kill with the lethal siringe and then delete the data... this one looks complicated (or not), the challenge would be to get SA/SO without failing. So I take Klaus Liebleid (or whatever his name is written) was a new target in Patient Zero, then? Regardless, I do love Patient Zero as a stand alone DLC, as someone said in many comments in other places, I take a whole DLC like PZ over those lame, unimaginative escalations in H3.
Yep! They added him as a target, likely to replace the research objective. The final mission had the virus spreading anyway so that replaced the need of the hazmat (the vaccine was added).
I really hope that IOI can add these "Patient Zero ETs" in the Elusive Target Arcade as a small bonus. I would love to try out these missions in there ET form.
In the file's Hitman 2016 and Hitman 3 only have dialogs this ET and only The Doomsayer and Patient Zeo. In the file Hitman 2 have subtitels to this dialogs.
Honestly, this version of the Patient Zero mission sounds awful, tbh. Forcing the player to wear a specific disguise and murder with lethal injection means that this would've been possibly the least interesting elusive target in the game. I'm glad that this ended up as a DLC mission instead, so they could play around with how the infection spreads, and let you tackle this mission however you like.
Well Diana informs you that a priority update from the client (Locksley who was the client for the final PZ campaign) says that you are not allowed in unless you have a hazmat on.
Yep. I assume since it was a mission, they wanted people to have more freedom. It would've fitted if it was an ET. They also added a target replacing the research, which makes sense.
Patient Zero was best resident evil gameplay in a long time xD I ended up killing 90% of everyone in Hokaido hospital xD so much for silent assassin xD
do you think these are playable somewhere in hitman 2016 and could potentially be modded back to hitman 3? Mod Framework managed to restore the brothers so maybe?
The mod framework didn't restore anything. It only adds the mission and removes The Brothers from the deletion lists. IOI included the files for The Brothers in every game since 2016 but a Hitman 3 update made them so you had to do a little extra work to re-add them.

I'm surprised that everything is different in the final.

I'm glad they made this into a full mission. ETs being single play is really bad.
Much agreed
Yeah. But this one seems pretty good, unique restrictions which I assume were removed from the final mission to give more freedom to players.

Amazing call from IO to make this a whole campaign, Patient Zero is still my favorite hitman mission of all time.
Yep. You should see the others though. The Landslide one seemed interesting.

So basically these elusive targets were made into dlc, which means it's completely possible to turn other elusive targets into missions.

Imagine if they still made the Elusive Targets into actual playable missions all the time?
I think they're doing that wile the Elusive Traget Arcade but I'm not sure
And the suits unlockable

I very much doubt that. They aren't even in the files of Hitman 2 or 3. Just Hitman 2016 PS4.
In the file's Hitman 2016 and Hitman 3 only have dialogs this ET and only The Doomsayer and Patient Zeo. In the file Hitman 2 have subtitels to this dialogs.

This is a very specific elusive target. I can see why they changed it into a full thing
I'm actually glad this wasnt an elusive target. I really dont like that I cant just play them whenever I wanted
Wierd how they didn't keep any of the mandatory requirements with the DLC.
Yep. I assume since it was a mission, they wanted people to have more freedom. It would've fitted if it was an ET. They also added a target replacing the research, which makes sense.
I once ran around there and then i accidentaly bumped into him and was like "fuck"
That would be ridiculous as an et
Me: This should be easy!
Also me when there were more than 40 people infected: Crap...
It was too complex to be an elusive target so they created a whole mission
UA-cam has a sick fucking sense of humour if it's choosing to recommend me this video about a target infected with a deadly virus now of all times!

Thank goodness they didn't make this an ET. Single attempts for them are terrible, and would have been such a waste of good content
Yeah. The ET seems a bit cooler with the story behind it linking to Nabazov a little in the briefing, I'm not sure which one I prefer honestly.
This would had been a nightmare as ET :D
