In fact there is a text in a room that says that when the infected person dies, the virus also dies.

It wasn't. Imo, the escape route was not the correct one. If instead of going around the hospital building they had gone up the mountain, the escape would've been clean.

@@kenn.301guards on the mountain path? They periodically turn their backs to the path to look down the cliff. Both of them, together.

Thanks for this. I used a sniper rifle for the kills to get all the classic challenges in one go and even used a Sieker first to get a drowning kill.

I did this and got a 3:21. Probably one of the hardest missions in all of hitman.
