I def slowed down on my body care stuff. No room and have to put my money someplace else. I have enough body washes to last me for rest of my life
I hear ya it's too much I just don't have the energy or space to keep up
You should not use oils before your moisturizer because oils do not hydrate your skin, they just soften the outer lawyer of the skin for a short period of time and give it a glossy look. Oils also create a thick barrier that wont allow your moisturizer to moisturize your skin good enough. So it makes sense to always use oils as the last step in any skincare routine.
I use oil last during my nighttime routine but in the day reverse
@@Cita_girl Thats weird, maybe your issue is something on the outer layer of your skin? While most dry skin is from within the skin, so oil shouldnt solve that issue considering oil wont penetrate deep into the skin like a moisturizer. But im not a Doctor, this is ust what I know from research

Yea girl Dr. Bronners is a must have 👏🏽 peppermint is my fav. Then almond, rose, lavender.
I mix my body butter/ lotion and oils in my hand first, and then massage it on my body. For me, it’s very moisturizing and the shine last longer on my skin.

You have to try Dr. Bronner's Almond body wash, im in love with the smell, I wish they had a perfume version of it.

Naturium body care is a staple for body care. That TPH body oil and body butter are so good.

because don’t nothing clean like castile soap and the peppermint is perfect for summer time. so refreshing for me and my homegirl 👀🤣🤣
I'm too big to be smelling funky and I'll choose a peppermint patty sensation over funk any day lol.

Yes, the Trader Joe’s body oil was good. I only purchased one bottle. When it comes out in the fall, I’ll definitely be buying more than one bottle.

I came across the TJ’s body oil by accident and stocked up lol. Then I stocked up on the matching body butter that came out recently. I have one oil and one body butter for next summer 😂
You are right about the Keihl's peeling w/oil applied first. I still love it though. I love an empties video! Call around to your Trader Joe's to see if they have in stock.

I agree with the scented body wash, it takes over the shower. I am good with vanilla or a generically fruity. I recently got tired of it and mixed the cherry, peach, and gummy bear ones into one bottle.
Exactly I don't want my shower crowded is only but so big as it is so to add bottles everywhere is too much
Try the Farmhouse fresh body oils and lotion. They are an organic skincare company in Texas. The good thing is you buy small samples (I believe so) and try first before committing to full size. Great list 👌

You should use Naturium’s glycolic acid body wash it works so good! (Helps with texture)

scented fragrance f*ucked my chest and shoulders up. so now I need to try and fix everything. ugh lol unscented lotion is the go-to for the sensitive girlies. I feel like maybe the best I can do is vanilla. and it has to be a product more moisturizing than just a harsh fragrance lotion.
I'm sorry all the fragrance messed your skin up. Are you using any washes and lotions with actives in it to clear it up

Yeah I'm due for an iron treatment but I can't afford all these layers of scent. Imma stick to my lotions and perfumes but focus on the health of my skin
ChiChi, my favorites are shower oils. Love the Kopari hydrating vitamin c shower oil. It smells great too. Bioderm cleansing oil is good. Tried the Sephora collection shower oil didn't like the coconut scent. But it was okay. I want to try Hanni splash salve in shower body moisture treatment to see if it's good. Thanks for sharing 😊
The hanni salve I don't know how to feel about cuz I feel like it's leaving a film on my skin but my skin is very soft and moisturized

First off, fantastic video, I live this vibe and I love bodycare and skincare everything. AEOS Vanilla Cashmere has been my ish for almost a year now and I really need to try the TJP oil I've been hearing about for ever if I can find it. I wish they would just stock it at Target as well. I'm currently using body care from Youth to the People Ouai and Trader Joes and love them all but I'm soooo annpyed I missed out on this TJ's Brazil Nut Body Oil! ARRRGH!! I got the scrub, body butter and body wash and now I gotta go on the black market for this oil! 😆
Hopefully the oil will come back around in the fall or winter but it's weird they wouldn't release it with the others. Tph needs to come to target cuz it's always hard to find

The Eos lotions have so many toxic chemicals but they smell so good. The Yuka app has ruined so many of my favorite products 🥲

It's an app that allows you to scan the barcodes of products for ratings on the level of toxicity. I literally walk around target scanning products. Our skin absorbs so much so it's worth looking at!

Does the EOS Vanilla Cashmere have a yoghurt smell to it? That's what I am reading every now and then. Can't tell if that would be a good thing or not. Does it smell sour?
I've gone through over 5 bottles and I've never gotten a yogurt smell before
