CKLW was the dominant Top-40 station for metro Detroit in the 1960s & 70s. Because of it’s powerful nighttime signal, CKLW drew listeners from across Canada & the USA. This was one of the many jingle packages used by CKLW. Its the CRC seasonal jingle package.

Fantastic jingles, another great upload! These jingles have so much personality that has been missing for so many years. Seems there may be a new crop of very young jingle fans who are also lamenting that today's jingles and radio is completely dull as dishwater. Who knows? Maybe if enough of them see your videos with the jingles and the airchecks you post, this generation may change radio back to something with that freewheeling spirit of fun again.
CK was truly the sleeping until got the 'chance to wake em up. It was the end of the line for WXYZ and WKNR fell way back in the pack..
