      This motherboard doesn't have built in Wifi. You need a USB WiFi or PCIE add in card.

    Dude, where do I find drivers for this motherboard?

      It's a standard B450 chipset, Download AMDs latest B450 drivers from AMD or their auto detect tool to download the latest version.

    Could i use this motherboard with nvme, a 5600 and 32gb ram to play star citizen do you reckon? Love your no nonsense vids bro. ✌

      @@perrymitchell7118yea it should be just fine. Just keep in mind the NVME/PCIE is only gen 3 with B450 chipset, which is why I usually leave B450 for 3000 series and older Ryzen. But the bios supports it and it will work, just might leave a little drive performance on the table.

    Hello, I want to buy this for a all white pc im making but it doesn't say the size of the motherboard on aliexpress, do you know if it's Matx or atx? Thank you for the great video, I have a very similar build coming up

      @@yungwiz9297 M-atx. The bottom of the board stops right at the bottom of the 3rd PCIe slot cover on my test bench. It's going in a white DIYPC ARGB-Q3.v2 case for my 11yr old. About to film the video card unboxing for this PC right now. I did a similar build spec wise for my 9 year old, Except in the teal version of the same case and an Asus Prime B450, and better GPU (she games more). That build is here: ua-cam.com/video/tAyxA143zTE/v-deo.html,
      I have an all white x99 build I did almost a year ago here: ua-cam.com/video/j7ZZwN9KgjI/v-deo.html.

      @@JordosTechShack OH okay great to hear, I will be buying one soon. I noticed you also buy Apevia Spriit psu's, have you not had any issues with them? I want to buy them to increase my profit margins but I hear so many bad things about them. Thank you for your response!

    • @JordosTechShack

      @yungwiz9297 the Spirit PSU are not something I intended to use on as many builds. I stocked them for on hand emergency replacements and builds that didn't use a powered GPU. They never failed, so I started using them in my kids builds and family "gift" builds. PCs that were close and I would be fixing regardless. Then my regular customers who usually have me build their projects but buy their own parts started bringing them to me. After seeing them work fine for me so long they were willing to take the risk with budget and low powered GPU builds. I have ordered 8 in 2024 according to Amazon. Probably a handful in 2023, at least another 3 from customer provided parts, and none have failed. So my official statement is I'd recommend going with something certified, However If you keep the GPU draw in check you should be fine. My daughter Briar runs it pretty hard with the RX 5600XT and hasn't had any issues. My bother with his RTX 3060 12 GB and power hungry V4 Xeon have been pushing hours of RDR2 for the last 8 months without issue. I have RX 580 2048sp builds with them, out in the wild, for well over a year now without issue. If your Warranting the builds for a year (or less) and keep it 60 series or lower for the GPU, you won't have any issues.

    Xmp doesn't work?

    • @JordosTechShack
      @JordosTechShack  22 дні тому +2

      Xmp works memory controller in 2000 series Ryzen chips are what I blame. I didn't do a good job explaining it in the video and I fumbled around with my words. I should probably start actually scripting stuff. You're never guaranteed xmp with a premium motherboard in ryzen and good memory let alone this cheap stuff. Kit in the video is the cheapest ddr4 I could get on Amazon. Also, as I said, the same CPU in my other daughter b450 Asus prime motherboard will only get 2666 with a crucial 3200 kit. The only 3200 kit I could get even close was my tforce kit @ 3000, with either the Asus or this board. All the kits work at XMP and above with tuning with my 5800X3D. Which again is why I go back to 1000 and 2000 Ryzen having crappy memory controllers. I recently played around with it with a 3700x with this board, that was in the shop briefly for a project and I was able to get XMP with that CPU. Just Don't expect over 3000mt with any Ryzen 2000 series processor with budget memory kits. If you do, it's after manually tinkering with the timings and infinity fabric. The previous version of this motherboard didn't have any memory settings at all, so the fact that it supports XMP and lets you manually tune is a big improvement. I most likely could get at least 3000MT if I manually tuned it, but I didn't put that much time into it since it's for my 11-year-old who literally is only going to play Roblox.if it was for my 9-year-old who plays everything I let her, I probably would take the time to tune it a little better. I'm just glad the option is there either way now.
