Ported Snout And Throttle Body Worth It For Your Hellcat? DYNO TESTED!

- We recently heard a claim that ported snout and larger throttle body on a Hellcat is useless unless you're running full-tilt boost. So, we put this claim to the test! And with our subject vehicle equipped with just a 2.85" pulley and producing only ~15psi, this was the prime candidate for our test. But, sometimes the keyboard warrior is right... is this one of those times?

I did that in the beginning, but I should’ve just went with the Whipple and go all out would have saved me a lot of time and money😁
Porting in general is one of those things that almost always makes power or does something positive to the powerband. Much like throwing on a bigger intercooler the big downside to ported is the money/labor to do it but boy do i love these videos keep it up

Great video! Just a quick question, have a hellcat didnt do any mods on it and wonder if I need to do porting because I was shocked when I saw the result if you don’t do it from jokerzperformance. Any suggestions? Or should I just stick with the stock Hellcat? Thank you!

Heard the kong 108mm throttle body is actually a nick Williams 108mm throttle body..is there any truth behind this?
Porter with the stock tune???
After spending 4 grand an going through 2 sets of bearings I'd say don't waste your money on the stock blower and put it towards a whipple like I did.

Did you spin a bearing and wreck the rotors? I was debating going whipple due to a spun bearing.

How much whp on 2.85 pulley if you ported the supercharger as well?
2.85 with full ported blower on 93 I made 780whp and e85 made right at 1000whp

It is just an option for the customer. We offer JLT for these packages as well.

Do you have any numbers from a full SC port?
I don't believe we have controlled test results with a full port like we did in this video. The snout and throttle body are definitely worth it though!
