When I got permission from your podcast a few weeks ago to do my “first sight” playthroughs for a *whole week* before digging in and practising, it made a big difference for me. I still worry a bit about imprinting bad habits - maybe you can chat about that briefly in the Intensive? (It doesn’t seem to be the case, so I guess I should just let that notion go.)
