She's a liar. It's the job of congress to pass laws, but it's the job of the executive branch to enforce those laws passed by congress. There are laws already on the books that make these entries illegal, that are NOT being enforced by the current executive in charge, AKA the President. Congress can't actually do anything without the cooperation of the executive branch, which they don't currently have.
The fact is Senile Joe is currently committing treason by letting illegals in. His primary job is to protect the citizens and he has nearly 100,000 dying each year from fentanyl poisoning overdoses per year.

When my family immigrated to the US . We had to have a US citizen represent us for 5 yrs. We became resident aliens so we could work and go to school. My parents signed something that said we would never be a burden to this country. Those people get green cards and need to sign the same paper.

There is absolutly no WAY that will stand up when it's appealed.
If it did get passed as a law, I don't think you can just appeal it. You would need to sue and then go through the court system to have a ruling on if it is unconstitutional. At that point, you would have appeals as part of that process.

I know how it works, my point is, it will get thrown out. This country has gotten so TOTALLY out of control regarding the 2nd Amendment, people have been shot and killed because they pulled into the wrong driveway while they were making a legitimate delivery and the person who lived there wasn't even charged.
