Great design, congratulations! But was advised by Ineos the top handrails and their mounting structures are not load rated therefore no warranty provided. Mind clarify? Thanks

This is a rumor that has been going on for a very long time. To this day, we don't know who started this rumor, as Ineos itself advertised the vehicle in the first few months as being able to tie cargo to the "handrails".
We, from our side with the background of a mechanical engineer, can guarantee the full strengh of the structure. No knowledge of rocket since is required to calculate the strength of the pipes and their fastening.

Dachträger - Rhinorack durchlebt grad eine ziemliche Shitshow in Australien, weil den Leuten die Dachträger wegfliegen, teils bei sehr niedriger Beladung und Geschwindigkeiten. Super, dass ihr Euch da so reinkniet, denn Dachträger sind definitiv nicht trivial und ich habe noch wenige wirklich gute gesehen - speziell die Verteilung aufs Dach hapert meist sehr. ARB ist noch ganz gut, aber eben höher und die Befestigung am Dach beim Ineos nicht ideal.

Auch wir sind erstaunt, wie wenig Hersteller auf Bauhöhe und Windgeräusche achten. Häufig merkt der Kunde erst nach dem Kauf, wie laut ein solcher Träger sein kann. Wir können uns glücklich schätzen, dass unsere Träger keinerlei Windgeräusche erzeugt.
