I find both good, deppendong on what I am looking for. Watching a video while doing something (like cooking, which I did with this) no dice all story is great. For a bat rep I am watching to get an idea before I buy into a game I like to see dice to get more of an idea how the interactions work.

@PeachyTips neither of us had seen Sharpe back in the 90s, but we decided to give it a go when Silver Bayonet came out, as I wanted to get a feel for the setting. I took us a while to get into it TBH, but we missed it when it finished. Like I said, "More please!".

I am a huge Warhammer 40k and Space Marine fan but never have I imagined that I would watch and finish an episode about a Napleonic battle report! It's something about the story telling, the characters (I'm rooting for Rifleman Peach LOL!), the voices and editing is so good. Keep it up, this is peak content!
I wasn’t sure what to think of a batrep without dice - seems sacrilegious! But I quite enjoyed it. The use of soldier Peachy as one of the hoi polloi was great.

This is it. This is the video series I feel like you've been building up to since you began your UA-cam journey. It's been such a joy watching you speak about your love for the hobby over the last couple of years and seeing this just feels like all the pieces have dropped into place. Beautifully painted minis, amazing terrain, great story, all the action and none if the labour of a battle report, and all of your fun and character in one video. I am a huge Warhammer 40k and Space Marine fan but never have I imagined that I would watch and finish an episode about a Napleonic battle report! It's something about the story telling, the characters (I'm rooting for Rifleman Peach LOL!), the voices and editing is so good. Keep it up, this is peak content!

I wasn’t sure what to think of a batrep without dice - seems sacrilegious! But I quite enjoyed it.
The use of soldier Peachy as one of the hoi polloi was great.

the "Sharpe Companion" was one of the best reads i've ever read ! that Sharpe opening tune still makes the hair on the back of my neck stand up even after all these years. your intro was wonderful ( even with the baker rifle substitute lol )

I grew up in the 1970’s and 1980’s reading the Sharpe books and then watching the tv series. Your Battle Report is fantastic. I’m going to get a copy of Silver Bayonet and start playing. I love that you played the song from the tv show in your closing credits. Keep up the great work rifleman Peachy!

This is it. This is the video series I feel like you've been building up to since you began your UA-cam journey. It's been such a joy watching you speak about your love for the hobby over the last couple of years and seeing this just feels like all the pieces have dropped into place.

Finally found time to paint and watch this battle report… dude!! This is exactly how I used to play games on my own as a kid. Absolutely love this, so unique in a world of countless battle report channels!! And this is the first? I’m so excited to see more!! Especially a Necromunda series 🤠👍
