What do you mean "no protein shakes, all natural"? Protein shakes ARE natural. Whey protein powder is made by seperating whey and caesin from milk.
Hey! I think what he meant by natural is that we should consume our regular diet. And all the carbs and proteins should be a part of our meals such as in dals, milk, omelets etc. instead of concentrated proteins.

@@yostars5403 Protein shakes are not 'necessary'. If you are able meet your protein needs through other food sources (which is very difficult, for me atleast), there's no point in taking protein shake.
