It is a dying art of hard work and tenacity! Although I do still cringe on the lack of safety or certain productivity type mindset with low Healthcare and workman's comp we have in the state for these hard workers. I have been deployed around the world and the sheer work ethic they have puts us Americans and the weet and the majority of humans to Lassycical shame!😊😊😊😊

They mix the black binder material to stiffen the parts of the mold with the most detail. They'll reuse it later. Here in the USA, the black binder is in all of the sand used for casting.

Excellent compilation from the start to the end!
I’m wondering how much would the finished gear cost with all this labor intensive work?
The workers skill and their dedication is amazing.
Is that a shaper machine that they use to shave the tooth?
I am amazed how the casting is sound with no cavities. Great job! The engineering is also fantastic.
The owner should be mindful to provide safety tools and ppe.
Is there no a regulatory body in that country?
Anyway, the skill of the workers and the engineering behind all the process is appreciated! Bravo!

Surely with their skill they could make one complete wooden mould. You could then make hundrrds of gears? Or am i wrong.

A Krupp or Oerlikon factory in 1880 showed a larger industrial culture. A neglected factory, inhumane working conditions, primitive products, workers, who had no idea of personal hygiene or clothing culture. The conditions in the molding shop and the foundry were horrible. Balancing a car tire to the gram, here weights cause outstanding problems. There is no safety in the workplace. The resulting surface of the gear is shaped to the same degree. Since the tread is not balanced for sliding, the transmission in which this wheel is installed works like a heat source, because a third of the transmitted power is lost during sliding. That's enough to make you pull your hair out..

Export the Azure, Chat GPT, Revit, Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Inventor, ENGI file of the Building or Refinery to Excel, prepare Budget 1 and export it to COBRA. Prepare Budget 2 and export it to Microsoft Project. Solve the problems of Overallocated Resources, Planning Problems, prepare the Budget 3 with which the construction of the Building or the Refinery is going to be quoted.
