Not a doctor, Rudy, but here's what I've experienced in my 60-plus year working career; It's a known condition that stress, anxiety, nervousness runs down a person's immunity system. It's fact. Stress leaves a person open to all sorts of infections, viruses, bugs and sickness. For a long time now, you've been stressed the hell out. Every single time in my adult life, when I'm under a lot of stress, or anxiety, I always end up getting sick with the flu or similar crap. Whether it's a job interview, job change, major family problems, death in the family, death of a friend or loved one, I always end up getting sick. Once you 'get in the groove' at your new job, get some paychecks coming in, I promise you, you're gonna feel like a new man. Gonna take a few weeks, but you WILL get there! Good Luck!
True. And our food supply these days is so totally devoid of critical minerals, vitamins, etc. A daily vitamin tablet and extra vitamin C would help Rudy a lot.@@TangleF50

The chicken soup diet would be very good for cold/flu if is "home-made" with lots of fresh meat, vegetables, and loaded with spices especially Garlic & Oregano. Rotate this with home-made Chile also with lots of spices especially Cayenne Pepper.

Combine the Echinacea purpurea with the Lysine for way better effect.
