You identified the actress as Mary Castle but the cast listed her as Christine Miller. They are both beautiful women, it just appears that this actress wanted to add a little romance to the by the book Train Detective Matt Clark (J[m Davis aka Jock Ewing)
Chacon was acutely a Man Of Respect. He worked on a farm and when the owner refused to pay him he insulted Chacon and pulled his pistol but chacon was much faster. This shits ridiculous
"Never mind the hat!" He didn't give her two seconds to grab her hat, but in the next scene she has on a new outfit and a new hat. She had time to shop and change, but not to grab her hat. Also, what is with westerns? Hundreds of times I have seen western movies where they run out of water in the canteen and just throw it on the ground and leave it there and then they keep going. I always wonder why they did that and what do they think they'll the water in when they do find some. That is absolutely ridiculous. Doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Anyone have an answer..."Why in the hell do they throw away their empty canteens???" It's asinine!!

Yup, not Mary Castle, who played Frankie Adams. I grew up on this show, and as a kid, was in puppy love with Frankie.
Christine Miller (Jonesy) replaced Mary Castle (Frankie) as the sidekick to Matt Davis in season 2 when Castle left the show.
