A cracking review and a very tempting example of an e-bike for me, and my increasingly weakerning knees (old age) and seriously thinking of buying such a bike in order to continue riding on two wheels.
When the video started and I saw that saddle, I thought the same as you did, and also said, some minutes into the review.

That’s a lovely bike and I was surprised by how light it is! I’ve just bought a secondhand folding bike to pop in the van (sadly not electric) and it’s nearly 13 kgs 😂
It’s great isn’t it ! It’s under 20kg , very smooth motor … we are selling it locally for less than half its new price ! Somebody will get a bargain x

There are 6 castles on the Gower Penisula, which is the best one to visit later this year when i'm in that region (only got time for 1). Thx.

When doing bike reviews, you never mention Wheel size or Frame size..., something that i'm very concience of when buying a bicycle. We don't all have the same inside leg measurement and/or body heigth..., eg, I can't ride a bike with less than a 48" frame, i'm too cramped up, and not all bikes have a long sattle pipe to raise the seat higth enough, to allow me to extend my leg to almost its full length on the down stroke. Thanx for considering this on future reviews.
